Best Western Hotel Mediterranee Menton

Room was nice, dinner and breakfast also, although waiter brought wrong bear ( charged for the one was brought but ordered was another one and the prices are not low there) octopus was brought cold and a bit tough, lamb was great, portions for the dinner are not big at all.Breakfast quite rich and have a good selection.

Be aware of scammers when booking this hotel, before arriving to it few days before got messages from scammers ( 2 different contacts asking to confirm booking, by pressing on a link, saying what if not, booking will be canceled and just third message was from the hotel. Lightning in the room works very strange, sometimes doesnt turn on. Parking payed.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent and the bed was comfortable.

They were remodeling the 6th floor. We were on the 5th floor. Rotohammering during the late afternoon, you couldn't even be in your room. The 5th floor shouldn't have been occupied. They had a water shutdown but only put a note by the elevator. We didn't use the elevator so it was a rather rude shock when I went to take a shower after a long warm walk.

We've been here for the second time and absolutely love this place.

They blocked towel driers. And I had to ask for new towels every day or use wet ones (which is not an option)?‍♀️

We have received our room at 4 P.M. and the bathroom was very dirty, so the room was not ready, also I have booked a privilege room and there was no slippers and bathrobe in the room , no coffee capsules.I chose this hotel especially because I thought that Best Western is a safe choice, I was very disappointed.

The location, the views, the hotel staff was very nice!

excellent location walking distance to down town and old town menton. There is a free green bus taking you to Menton gare for train trips. Very courteous staff.

Very clean, spacious. Good hotel restaurant. Close to the beach, cafes for coffee and bakery. Relaxing atmosphere surrounding of a small town.

The hotel is conveniently situated, the staff was very welcoming and friendly and accommodated us.

-Very thinned door and walls - you can literally hear everything. -carpet floor is smelly and not very clean.-the rooms need redoing as they’re very old and not a good state.

The parking garage has a low ceiling and a very narrow entrance. Large SUVs won’t be able to use it—just something to keep in mind

Great Hotel and perfect location in addition they have parking in the basement!! The rooms have comfortable beds and the shower (rain shower) was amazing. Great balcony and the roof top bar/restaurant was also great. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is very well located and the staff is great. Breakfast is amazing, lots of options, even gluten-free. The rooftop is also a super nice place to hang out.

What disappointed me is that this time I had a bedroom on the ground floor, and it was way less comfortable and tidy than the one I had last time on the first floor. So I would say that rooms are not all on the same standards.

Water pressure but this was rectified immediately & we were offered another room.
