Location was great. Free breakfast was really good. Staff were super-helpful. Free WiFi! Bed was comfy.

There was a nasty brown stain on the carpet. Since it was a pet-friendly hotel...this was a bit disconcerting. All other areas of the room were clean.

After reading consistently good reviews about the hotel, I knew I would enjoy my stay as well and that was absolutely the case.I got a room with a nice view thanks to very considerate Federica who responded to my messages prior to arrival.Personnel of the hotel is truly guest need oriented: Cristiano and a lady with blond hair who checked me in are professional, caring and helpful.The property is well maintained and it gives an impression that it is relatively new or had a renovation pretty recently. Very clean public spaces, a very clean room with everything functioning perfectly.Comfortable bed and pillows, crispy bed linen.Breakfast is plentiful; coffee available 24 hours in a lobby 24.Convenient location: right in a center, a few minutes to the sea, 10-15 minutes to a train station.If I return to Menton, I would definitely stay again at Ibis Styles.

The entire staff was fun, efficient, friendly and helpful. The central location is within walking distance of many good restaurants. The room was large, comfortable, clean. Good breakfast.

Location in city center, accessible to beach. Parking available. Good breakfast.

Room was facing the street with some noise, as, the double glazed windows were not sealing. Parking suitable for small cars. Attempt was made to change the room, but there was no other available room. I should mention that the traffic noise became much less over night.

It was pleasant inside, very comfortable bed, lovely coffee machine in the lobby, hot drinks available 24 hours, lovely breakfast. Also a parking spot in front so we can load and unload luggage right there. They also offered parking, not cheap but very convenient. And last but by no means least, the service was excellent!!! Everybody was so kind, helpful, smiling, it was an absolute pleasure❣️❣️❣️

There was no fridge in the room but they have a collective fridge at reception which is accessible 24/7 so this was not a big issue in the end

Very good location. Also what is important is very good mattress and quiet area, I have very good sleep . Staff very helpful and friendly. Gissellle in reception excellent customer care. Thank you for accommodating me .

Old carpet, strange shower, very basic, had to book parking in advance and there wasn’t any available for us, mediocre breakfast.

Hotel spotlessly clean. Free coffee machine night & day. Excellent breakfast. Staff helpful & very friendly.Traffic, especially motor bikes very noisy at night but didn’t bother us, probably would if light sleeper. Hotel in lovely position for beach, restaurants, bus & trains.

The location.

The hotel is very dirty. The breakfast had some spoiled products. It needs to be renovated urgently. Luckily the lady and gentleman at the reception changed our room. The staff was nice.

The hotel is in a perfect location for walking everywhere. Even though my room overlooked the street, there was never any noise within the room. The little outdoor balcony was lovely to have. The reception staff were very helpful and kind.The breakfast buffet was delicious....lots of variety of cold and hot options. It was a wonderful bonus to have freshly squeezed orange juice. The dining area was large and the staff kept the room spotlessly clean and the buffet tables replenished at all times. A wonderful place to stay.

Great location, really friendly staff, clean and comfortable room - everything perfect. Plus a delicious breakfast included, would definitely stay again if I was lucky enough to be in Menton again.

The wi-fi worked great. Breakfast was plentiful. Happy to see mat in the shower. I have been trying to get hotels to add those. I usually carry one with me when I travel. Very accommodating front desk personnel. Large room. Comfy bed. Able to regulate the thermostat. Modern bathroom.

The hotel seems tired. The carpet in the room was clean but seemed threadbare. There was chipped paint both inside the room and outside. The place needs an upgrade. I am not sure I liked the separate toilet since the bathroom was upgraded, but the toilet wasn't.

Upgrade to a suite with terrace was perfect and gave amazing views over the rooftops!Staff are always great and try to help to make your stay special …especially dog friendly!

Garage. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Bath in the bathroom. TV and WiFi. Room safe, but too small for a laptop.Better lighting than usual. Silent air conditioner. Good balcony.

No lounge. Small lift. Open hanging in bedroom, no wardrobe. Only one drawer and two shelves high up. Only two English language TV channels. No fridge. No tea, coffee, bottled water in the room, only in reception. No bedside cabinet, just a tiny shelf. NO PLUG in the shallow bathroom basins, just a drain hole with a metal mushroom over. Water is a scarce commodity; we suffer droughts every year. Letting people and encouraging people to run water to waste is a crime and this type of plumbing should be banned. In this case the metal mushroom could be unscrewed and a universal plug used.

Very nice hotel, near the Casino and the beach. Excelent breakfast.

Breakfast was amazing, never had something that good in a hotel from the Accord franchise

No pressure in the shower, found a pube on the shower gel pump which tell me it was cleaned
