The best thing about this hotel, was the people. Chiara at the front desk, went above and beyond to help us and accommodate when anything went wrong. She was kind and had many suggestions about places to eat in Menton and surrounding areas. Our other favorite person was Maria who worked in the breakfast room. She made us feel at home and welcome and we were able to have a conversation with her and a couple of different languages. She was a delight and a very conscientious asset to this hotel.

The room was very small as was the bathroom and unfortunately, the bed wasn’t very comfortable. But we loved the location and the people.

I liked my room with a cute vintage aesthetic and love the soothing yellow palette, if afforded me restful sleep and privacy. I especially appreciated the breakfast meals as they were delicious esp the meats, pastries and I shall consider to book this place again when I come back to Cote d’azur. Merci beaucoup

Maybe update the room opening and closing system

Staff were nice. Good location. Breakfast was very good.

Room was tiny and underwhelming without any real accommodations for suitcase or a proper closet. Bathroom was adequate but that’s all carpet was old and not very nice.

The location was great, and I had access to a garage. The hotel was right across from the beach. It was quiet because there was a big garden separating the road from the hotel. The garden was a pleasant place to sit and read or have a drink. The breakfast buffet was varied and quite good. The room was small, but for one night sufficient.

EVERYTHING THE ATTENTION TO DETAILS. THE STAFF WAS TRAINED WELL, ONE OF YOUR HOUSE KEEPING STAFF MEMBERS WAS NOT FRIENDLY, ALL OF THE FRONT DESK STAFF MEMBERS WERE A 10 ACROSS THE BOARD, ONE MALE FRONT DESK MEMBER SEEM TO BE PUTOFF MY MY PRESENT’S APON MY ARRIVAL, I SENSE AN UNEASINESS ABOUT HIM , AFTER I CHECKED MY LUGGAGE IN WITH ANOTHER STAFF MEMBER, HE WAS AT THE DESK LOOKING UP MY NAME AND CHECK IN INFORMATION , THAT WAS VERY WEIRD !!

I LIKED EVERYTHING EXCEPT THE FOR THE, CHECKIN PORTION AS I GOT BACK TO THE FRONT DESK TO SEE THE A GUEST MANAGER OF THE HOTEL WAS THE LOOKING UP MY INFORMATION,LIKE TO VET ME SO TO SPEAK, OTHER THAN THAT THE HOTEL IS A TENNNNNN

Cozy environment. And nice personal. When we leave they even offer us more water to bring. And they contact me when find out I left something in the room..❤️❤️❤️

The breakfast was very nice. The staff excellent. Convenient location and a 10 min walk to the train station. Loved the courtyard for a relaxing moment after a busy day exploring.

Everything was great.

This was our favorite hotel stay in all of Cote D’Azure. The beautiful design, amazing continental breakfast spread, and best bartender (Julien) made this a memorable experience. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in Menton! You are just steps from the beach and all the details of this hotel have been thought out for you.

The location was great, right by the beach and just a short 10-minute walk to the main shopping strip. The hotel itself is cute and modern, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay.

The shower wasn’t fully sealed, so water leaked into the bathroom.

Confusing to check in with a car- there's no normal "park here to check in" location.

Perfect location. Very friendly staff. You can get beach umbrellas even a paddle board for free

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The location was superb, and the beds were very comfortable. There were floating Rings (which the children loved) and parasols to borrow and take to the beach. Even SUP board's to borrow. All in all a place we would like to come back to some time.

Amazing location - minutes from the beach and shops. The staff was very attentive and the bar and lounge area was a great touch!

The bathroom is a little bit on the smaller side but manageable!

We loved everything about this hotel. The staff was very helpful. The location was wonderful and the additional beach toys and equipment was such a pleasant surprise and made our stay extra special.

I understand that this is a European hotel but the bathrooms were much smaller. they were great and very clean but just something to consider.

The hotel was very cute and clean. It also had a wonderful bar with great cocktails! We started every night with a drink the the courtyard!

The room and shower were small.

We had a wonderful stay! The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We had booked two rooms of different categories, and one was even upgraded, although we didn’t take the upgrade because we needed twin beds for one of the rooms. We appreciated the thoughtfulness. We were offered bottled water both at check-in and again when we left—small details that made a big difference. The hotel has a great atmosphere, with inviting outdoor seating at the front that gives off a relaxing Caribbean resort vibe. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the beach, the old town, and only about five minutes from the train station (tip: exit the hotel, turn left, and take the elevator to the station platform). While we didn’t try the breakfast, everything else about our stay was great, and we’d happily return again!
