Pros +
- A cute little hotel in the heart of Perugia city center (Centro). Very clean, warm, and cozy with nice and friendly staff who made sure we had everything ready we needed during our stay. I¿d stay there again!
- Very central, pretty good value for money.
- I needed to avoid going up lots of steps. The manager was able to switch me to a ground floor room..which was so much better! The lobby had a gracious vibe. I met 2-3 people or couples who were up for a short chat. I felt comfortable sitting there and talking quietly.Breakfast was varied and rather basic but met my need. The tea was quite tasty (sometimes tea can be dull)
Cons -
- The bed sagged, sound isolation not great.
- Not perfectly clean bed, I didn't get towels and shampoo as I wanted to take a shower, and they didn't tell in the booking web that for parking we gotta pay 5 euros a night as well Perugia is hard place to park a car and I wasn't sure where to park my skoda
- It was a little loud on the ground floor in the morning and the bed could have been more comfortable. That said, for price cleanliness etc it was all good.

I liked the facilities, staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was amazing, and location is perfect in the city center

Location was excellent and staff were super kind. Room was comfortable enough
It was a little loud on the ground floor in the morning and the bed could have been more comfortable. That said, for price cleanliness etc it was all good.
Location is excellent. Very nice staff and comfortable rooms.
I liked how authentic Italian this place was, old school vibes and comfortable room. Felt very safe even as a solo traveller!
The location was perfect and the staff was great. Parsa (the receptionist) was very accommodating and polite. Thank you, Parsa.
The gentleman at the front desk spoke perfect English, so our poor attempts at Italian quickly melted away. Great experience there. the room was spacious and the bathroom was very nice. I liked (but Husband thought odd) that they use linen towels. Shower good. Hot water plentiful Can drink the cold.
Lighting. So far, all the rooms we've had on this trip have lacked adequate lighting. My husband brought extra small flashlights and a headlight, which I thought would be extraneous. Bed fine for me but he's pickier and thought was too hard.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. They recommended restaurants, helped with taxis, and buses.
The location is tricky, while it is in the city center it was hard to walk with older people (60+).The hotel was a bit old, our room (quadruple) was spacious, but other rooms (double) in our reservation were too small.
Location.TV smart
1) Bed sheets unchanged - even with pubic hair! Items of previous guest/s still in room & shower. New sheets were provided.2) Water leak in bathroom - wet floor3) TV remote - batteries out of order - needed replacement4) Software at reception had difficulty to provide receipt with added tax
Location close to downtown. Staff very friendly and professional
They say in description the unit has AC but it’s not true
So close to everything, staff were amazing.
Sadly we were here during a heatwave and AC is not allowed due to city restrictions. It was sooo hot. There is a fan but that’s just moved hot air.
The staff were very kindly and helpful. The location is perfect. Just two minutes from city center.
Everything. The hotel was tucked just behind the main square very close to the gallery and the cathedral. The staff at the hotel were genuinely welcoming and lovely and made me feel right at home. As a solo traveler I felt very safe and looked after. There are also a range of beverages that you can buy from the desk. The breakfast is perfect for someone who wants to fill and go - a coffee and croissant for €4 is incredibly good value.
Nothing!
Friendly and responsive stuff. Good location. Good hot water in a shower.
Tiny little room and poor soundproofing walls.
Very nice little hotel located in the historic center of Perugia. Spotless room with great bed.
Nothing comes to mind.
The location was excellent- near great restaurants and the main square. The immediate area around the hotel was quiet and the staff were helpful.
The bed could have been a little more comfortable. But it was still fine.
This is a charming little hotel, tucked away on an ancient pathway near the top of the hill in Perugia's "Centro Storico" district. This hotel could serve as the stage set for a 1950's detective movie (sans the cyncism of film noir). For example, you return the key to the desk each time you leave. There is no lift. The rooms are small, but comfortable for a short stay. I found the staff exceedingly helpful and friendly, but be prepared, not all speak English.
Despite signs near the main plaza on the top of the hill, and on other roads approaching the hotel, there is no "front oor drop-off" access for vehicles. You can get close via taxi, but the last 10 or 20 yards up-hill will be on foot. Further, when you leave to visit the main tourist areas on the top of the hill, you will need to climb another 20 or 30 yards up a steep incline. It's all healthy walking, but it means it is not a good option for anyone with mobility limitations.
The location was great, near restaurants and sights in the historic centre. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a large TV, fridge, hairdryer, etc. - everything we needed. The breakfast was really good, especially for the price. The staff were absolutely amazing, so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We would definitely stay there again if we return to Perugia.
Nothing! It was wonderful!
