Hotel Perusia

Good location a short drive from city center; free parking. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good restaurant on premises and breakfast selection good.

Needs an upgrade. Carpet and sofa were dirty and stained. Furniture was dated and chipped. The hotel is functional but lacks charm.

Very nice, clean, spacious room. The bathroom was particularly nice with plenty of room, excellent fixtures, and a shower with high pressure and high enough that I could easily stand my tall frame under it.Also, the hotel has an excellent restaurant for evening meals and a breakfast buffet with many options.

The lone drawback is that I was walking and the hotel is about 25 minutes from the city center. However, after figuring out a few shortcuts I cut it down under 20 minutes. Also, the room did not have air conditioning.

Staff was very helpful and kind. We did a mistake in our reservation but they managed to accommodate us in the best way they could. They provided us with valuable information about our stay in Perugia.Room was big enough for our family and breakfast was great.

We did not like anything in particular. Maybe just a bit of loudy people in the corridor(not hotel responsibility) but room was quite and it met all our requirements.

The staff were so friendly and helpful while the conciege staff spoke English which made a big difference. The breakfast was varied and consistent. Pleasant hotel for 2-3 days.

It's about a 20 minute walk to the old fortified city and it includes some steep climbs. You need to be fit or want to get fit.As a suggestion, I think the hotel could do with a freshen up. I think the four star rating is very generous. Paint the corridors and introduce some international TV channels. I think international visitors would appreciate this. 253 channels in Italian is great if you're a local.

The roof terrace is stunning. You can see the entire Umbria from there and the nice town of Assisi.Good cosy room, clean and silent, with all the facilities.Nice continental breakfast with good coffee and nice stuff.The hotel is 15 min walk from city old centre.Beautiful stay, beautiful place, beautiful city and people.

The people at the 24/24 hour reception were very friendly and spoke English (which is a bonus in Italy). The room was very clean and well maintained.

The hotel had a swimming pool, and although there was access to the pool, it wasn't ready for usage yet as early April is still considered Winter in Italy. :D

Nice Location- 20 min by foot to the center , friendly and helpful personal, tasty breakfast and good coffee, good parking place free of charge . Thank you for your hospitality definitely will come back!

The hotel need some renovation, but not critical.Don’t close swimming pool if possible. After a long way we need to swim. Thank you!?

I had to change room because the keys were not working, finally they changed also the keys. Mattresses are really poor quality. Rooms are small, the shower leaks all over the place. Cleaners left objects (their own materials) in the bathroom. Lift’s door open and close several times before closing.

The staff were super nice. The bed was comfortable. Even with windows open throughout the night there was no noise.

It is a quite a bit of a walk to the old town. The breakfast was fine, but could be better. I would also appreciate more sustainable options: the shower gel and stuff like that was all single use.

The location and view were great, atop a hill in Perugia. (You did have to drive or walk down a steep driveway to access the town.) The front desk staff was friendly and helpful and spoke English fluently. The restaurant was delicious and convenient. We especially enjoyed and appreciated our waitress. And the included breakfast was extensive and varied.

While overall the hotel was great, it was a bit rough around the edges. Looked like there had been quite a bit of delayed maintenance, chipped paint, damaged floorboards, some kind of screen that I think was supposed to work in my room and didn't, and their fancy key system that never worked for me. These were just things I noticed, nothing that impacted my stay terribly.

Good location, you can reach the city center on foot in 15 minutes. 100 meters from the bus stop from which you can get to and from the railway station. A relatively large room.

The Wifi signal was weak for a few days. It was not possible to prepare breakfast until take-out when it was necessary to leave for an early train.

Location was beautiful with fabulous views of area. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice. Staff were extremely helpful especially when we had an issue with one of the rooms.

Decor a little tired. Some remedial works would improve the appearance.

Nice and comfortable hotel. The breakfast offered a lot of tasty food. Private parking in front of hotel or in garage. The hotel is a short walk away from city center. We didn't have time to check the pool.

Free Parking and simple breakfast.

Very outdated. Booked this for the pool which was out of use and in need of work/cleaning. A lot of issues with the room - window leaking and unable to close, shower leaking out into bathroom, broken over head shower, flat pillows with only one spare should really have 2. Whole hotel outdated and tired including the adjoining restaurant.

The restaurant was quite nice and the staff super friendly.

The towels were extremely thin, didn’t feel quite nice.Room was a double room but the bed was made up of two single ones that didn’t have the same height, so we could feel the difference. We got the farthest room, so WiFi was quite bad there. For some reason they give you a keychain that weights a literal ton but the room worked with a card mostly, so I didn’t use the key actually. Breakfast was ok, but it wasn’t refilled as quickly as I would’ve liked, so stuff would run out quickly and you had to wait quite a while to get it again.
