Very friendly and helpful staff and very clean

The toilet is very close to the wall a tall person would have trouble

I really liked the location in the historical center and near the mini metro. Quiet, calm. The room is very clean and warm, which was important, since I was traveling in early April and it was still cold at night.

Great location and very helpful and friendly staff. Walls a bit thin so bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper, but that’s pretty common.

The receptionist is not friendly at all! The room needs a BIG renovation as everything looks very old (for sure not as in the photos).

The room was comfortable and very clean with a balcony window overlooking the valley below. The location was great. Within walking distance to old town centre, places to eat and shopping

The location, short walk to the minimetro station and main street. Very convenient, cosy and compact setup. Lovely staff up front overall very helpful and friendly.

The rates were very high considering the small cosy setup but i did book late for the umbria jazz season afterall. Probably would've been better if a simple breakfast was thrown in. Checkout time at 10am was rather early but they were nice enough to keep my luggage until I was ready to leave for my late afternoon train.

Was very central yet quiet & out of the mayhem of the main piazza and Corso during Jazz Fest. Everything worked smoothly and well. Clean and very comfortable. Air conditioner was excellent which important in such hot weather.

Upon our request they changed a room with balcony for us. It is indeed the best room with a splendid view of the mountain. Thank you very much.

Good location if you want to be central.

We were asked what time we would arrive and were given the advice to park outside of town and get the metrotrain in to central perugia, however this train stops running at 21.00 which was an hour before we landed at the airport. just find it odd that the hotel isnt aware of the this as they must send everyone these same advice?Rooms are tiny and we ddnt have a balcony that was shown in all the pictures for our room

Standard room, comfortable and clean. Friendly staff. We had a long delay and they waited for us after check in time which means that they value the customer. Good value for a one-night stay.

Good price and good hotel. Staff are nice friendly and helpful. It locates almost just under the mini train station. 3 mins walking and you can take the mini train or take the elevator to downtown Perugia. Strongly recommend.

Very helpful staff. Great location. Fabulous bathroom (room 41) that had been obviously renovated and had a new shower system installed. Not all rooms have this.

Someone had been smoking in the room and it was uninhabitable with the stench. Staff were very helpful and provided clean linen and then when available next day moved us to another room.
