The room was fine.

The check in experience was possibly the worst , most unfriendly and uninformative I have ever experienced. After 5 days I got a smile , surprisingly from the chec in person. Gym , no towels , no water, no aircon, 36 degrees outside. Towel? Go to room !

Great location that is near the escalator to get up to the City Center. The property is very modern and functioned really well. We used the indoor pool which was a nice feature. The staff was helpful and we enjoyed the views of Umbria from our room.

Shower enclosure insufficient to keep the water escaping the shower area.

There was nothing I did not like.

The location was 5 min by taxi from the train station and very near to the bsu stop.The international breakfast was fresh, good and with many variants.

The bed was too rigit.

Everything. The staff, how lovely and accommodating they always are, all the amenities, my room, breakfast, dinner menu, location, everything. I will always stay at Sangallo when in Perugia! A complete pleasure everytime!

Excellent! A 10 out of 10. An excellent location. The staff was top notch. I have been to hotels around the world and was treated exceptionally well here! Our room had a beautiful view. The beds were very clean and comfortable. The shower was lovely, too. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to a friend and can't wait to return!

The heater is always on but that's normal. They shut it off for us. We were able to open a window. (It's an "American" thing. ?)

Big size room and very clean. Beautiful decoration. Very close to the center of town and attractions.

Above all the exceptional staff! Upon arrival and departure, Andrea was professional, knowledgeable, kind and patient with us, “more mature” guests. His recommendations for dinners resulted in the best dinners during our entire Italy trip. His patience in guiding us on how to move around town were perfect. Housekeeping was great and also breakfast, offering various types of foods.

Room fridge was too small and with no ice cube trays.

Staff were professional, friendly and very willing to help.

The location was good. It's near the bus terminal and the historical centre of the city—just 5 mins by walk.

Breakfast area. Most of the tables were already booked for customers that were with tour groups. Even @ 7 am and you have to to try to find a table. Sometimes i had to share table with others and vic versa.

Everything, especially the staff! Lovely people, professional, accommodating!The bed was so comfortable. Looking forward to spending the week here next week while on the hunt for property in the region.

Nice room size, nicely upgraded room amenities, cute balcony- welcoming and helpful staff! Friendly breakfast in the downstairs.

Parking structure was a bit far from the hotel; would have loved a valet option or a closer option for the car, but not a big deal!

The hotel decor is a little inconsistent, neither modern nor traditional. It looks like they have been multiple partial renovations and updates over the years, without style continuity. My bathroom vanity was very low (barely above knee level), more appropriate for a child. One particular thing is that they charge you seven euro to access the pool which I found a little surprising for a hotel of that level.

Great location to the City, walking to all the great places and the breakfast spread was GREAT! Rooms were updated and very nice. We had a room with a balcony and a nice view. Wonderful price.

Beautiful, clean, elegant entrance. Perfect location if you like to walk. Very helpful staff. The views from the hotel are gorgeous. And there is a generous breakfast spread.

The bed was the hardest bed I think I have ever slept on in a hotel like this. Don’t expect a pillow top mattress for sure! And the temperate control in the room was hard to figure out.
