    Pros +

    • The staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped me a lot when I had a problem with AVIS. I was also able to recover my wife's Kindle which she had forgotten in the hotel room when we left.
    • The staff, helpful and friendly
    • Very clean, great facilities, polite staff, good breakfast

    Cons -

    • No air conditioning despite it was listed. We got a room in the 6th floor with elevator reaching only up to the 5th floor.Poor lighting in the rooms.Big open terrace with no separation among adjacent rooms.
    • Hallway room light didn't switch off. Managed to keep it dark when closing the bedroom door. Asked for a cot for my 6 month old daughter which they provided for 25€/night. For a 4* hotel, I thought it's ridiculous. Breakfast not great. Juice/water served in plastic cups. Eggs looked dodgy.
    • A little dated but beautiful and perfectly clean.

    Close to airport.

The location of the hotel is good, not in the center but you can connect to the city The staff is friendly and helpful The rooms are very good, clean and the beds are comfortable The facilities are good, the hotel has a nice pool. Supermarkets and restaurants nearby.

The breakfast is very poor, especially in salty foods, although the coffee and sweets are fine, but more variety of salty food should be added. No fresh vegetables

    8ChaunceyPosted on: 4-29-2024

We were there for vacation. It was a mistake to book a hotel this far outside, and below, the center of the city. You have to take a taxi or navigate the bus system back and forth as it is too far, and steep, to walk.

Monia at The front desk was very helpful, and showing me where the city center is and helping me with questions I had about our stay in Perugia.

    Everything was nice

The staff were very helpful and provided an adaptor for a mobile phone for the length of our stay when we discovered we had the wrong size. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was plentiful.

The lighting by the beds was terrible - it was virtually impossible to read in bed. Also there were very few sockets, so that only one phone could be charged at a time unless you unplugged the tv.There were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room.

It was clean, and the staff was excellent. Helpful when needed, no unnecessary bothering! ?

The breakfast could have better savory options.

    I can't say anything good

terrible breakfast, no wifi. I've paid for spa and they told me I couldn't use it because I had to tell them that I would use it the day beforeedit: I red the owner answer. Appreciate that you are sorry but if you know you have disservices you should make a discount to the guest

Great breakfast. Large supermarket across the street. Very friendly staff. Excellent pool.

A vending/ice machine would be a really good idea for late night needs

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is very clean and quiet. Lovely swimming pool. Good breakfast.

The property is a bit difficult to reach on foot. I would not recommend walking from the train station to the property, especially if you‘re pulling a trolley. It‘s not much the fact that the street is hilly. The problem is that there are no pavements in some parts. So if you arrive to Perugia by train, I would get a cab.

Excellent food at the restaurant. Room was clean and comfortable.A big plus is the free parking available.

Visit was to short to find anything.

It wasn’t too far from Perugia

Right by the motorway but poor sound insulation. Room was sold as a superior room but it was tiny with rubbish from previous guest left in it and a random table light that didn’t work sitting on the floor. sockets didn’t work. Bed absolutely rock hard. Fridge bar hadn’t been restocked since previous guest. incredibly loud throughout the night. Tiny bathroom, poor quality toilet paper and soaps. Breakfast poor - no fresh juice, stale croissants. Staff not overly helpful - one concierge tried to persuade us to leave our passports with him overnight. All in all poor value for money.

    9NimrodPosted on: 3-18-2023

Lots of parking places, eady to arrive from outside of the city. A big supermarket very close.

Not so close to the old city center

    8BarbaraPosted on: 10-3-2022

The staff were friendly. The breakfast was good.

The air conditioning was broken so the room was too warm for sleeping. We were told to open the window, then mosquitoes came in. Also there were stains on the walls.

    4MikePosted on: 8-23-2022

    The staff was very friendly.

The hotel is in need of a remodel - our room looked like it hadn't been updated since 1982. The shower didn't drain, and the door hardware was so old and cheap that we got locked in the bathroom more than once. The biggest issues is that the air conditioning was very weak and, as I was told by the front desk, cannot be lowered to anything under 25C (77F), which is hot considering ideal sleeping temperature is 20C (68F). The AC also didn't really blow air and they didn't have any fans, so we were sweating all night. The bedspreads also looked about 30 years old, and the blankets were super scratchy, so we slept under sheets.
