Primavera Mini Hotel

Amazing staff! Carried my luggage up the stairs. Relaxing stay, Loved watching the swallows from the balcony.

This room was beautiful, extremely comfortable with an incredible view. The host was so friendly and helpful. She gave me recommendations for lunch, dinner, and breakfast. The property is right at the top of a set of escalators from the mini metro, and a super short walk to the main piazzas. Overall, the experience staying at this hotel was absolutely wonderful.

they were super kind and helpful, the room was so cozy, clean and comfortable, you can feel like your room, they put also snacks and water, lovely.. i am so happy that i stayed in this mini hotel :)

The Hotel is situated in a good location very close to the MiniMetro which takes you around the city, its also near the centre of Perugia which is a bonus. Full marks for cleanliness and no shortage of snacks/drinks etc in our room.The host Chiara made us feel welcomed and her help and friendly hospitality made our visit perfect. Thank you for making our holiday great.

The location is great, the room was cleaned and restocked daily, and, most of all, the owners of the hotel are always helpful and very thoughtful.

Sound can travel a little through the room, but it wasn’t something that affected my stay.

Perugia is a hilly city, but the surrounding area is very steep and once inside, the rooms are at the top of quite a few flights of stairs. Not for high heels!

High standard room.Bathroom equipped with shower gel and other accessories.The location is perfect, close to monuments, and 5 min from parking.The view from the window overlooks historic buildings.

2nd floor with no elevator could be a disadvantage for some people.

A nice, basic hotel a short walking distance from many shops, restaurants, museums, and churches. Chiara and Anna were very friendly and helpful. Bonus was having a kettle in the room for with coffee/tea and a mini fridge.

Perfect location, quiet but near the main square. The hotel is run by a nicest family, friendly, helpful , and effective.Breakfast is arranged in 2 very good cafes, one on the main square, where you pay by vouchers received at the hotel. English speaking.

It's owned and run by husband and wife, very helpful and attentive. There is no elevator so there are some steps but they made sure to help us. Lovely city and country view from our room window

The flight of staircase, be prepared to climb if you are not travelling light.

No shelves or drawers for personal items. A lot of stairs to climb to reach the second floor in the building.

Very Quiet area. Exceptionally clean. Very well fitted bathroom. Comfortable beds. Good Air Conditioning.

Steps to the 3rd floor where the Hotel was situated were a bit of a challenge with luggage but help was offered on arrival & departure if needed.

The location is great within the historic centre. Yet easy to get to the mini metro which takes you to bus interchange and train station so you can everywhere. The host, Chiara is always full of precious advice.

There is no lift so one has to keep that on mind even if they do help you with luggage.

I had the top bedroom with the terrace which was so gorgeous. It was a generous size with lots of character and wonderful views. The staff that I met were all extremely friendly and helpful. The location was perfect ? Would definitely recommend and stay again on my next visit.
