Hotel is not easy to find. A modern decorated hotel that would appear to be used by business travellers more than turist. Arrived at night to find 10-15 guys watching the soccer game in the lobbie. The bathroom's cleaneness was the low point.

The shower has no door, so the bathroom gets quickly wet, but that’s a minor issue. Location is definitely outside, and there are not many choices for restaurants at walking distance.

Absolutely not recommended!They are turning hotel bar downstairs into a disco. Incredibly loud music even with the windows closed, till 2:00 in the morning…Those who want peace and quiet should definitely not come here. Breakfast was certainly not fantastic, two types of salami, 2 types of cheese, one type of bread.The water didn't drain well in the shower.A big disappointment for me... I will never comeback even for free.

Lady at the desk (dark hair) was very friendly and helpful, giving us advice about parking in the town and water and snacks when we left. Room big, clean, bright and warm. Powerful shower and plenty of towels. No noise disturbance. Plenty of parking and easy to reach Perugia centre by car.

No kettle in the room but realise this is not common practice in Italy.

The pictures don't represent the reality, the hotel and the room was worn out and dirty. At breakfast there were no eggs or vegetables, the food selection was limited to dried out pastry and some fruit. There was no coffee machine in the room like on the pictures. Not recommended.

Good hotel, from the outside looks like a bit old but inside it's clean and good looking. The room was also clean and cozy, perfect for a few day's stay. Underground garage, which is a big plus. However, the strongest point of this place is the staff, they're amazing, super helpful, friendly and very professional. :)

Far away from centre and no transport service to take one there

New, clean and simple design..Had everything we needed except slippers. A really nice touch was the bottle of water for the journey home. Customer delight. Stylish Christmas decorations in the foyer.Very friendly and efficient reception staff.

No slippers in the room. Maybe a tiny little more space in the room would have been nice. Otherwise great.
