    Pros +

    • The location was very convenient for our purpose. The restaurant was excellent and the morning breakfast room, food and service were exceptional. The rooms need to be updated, but were clean. It is a challenge to use the shower without water getting all over the floor, so be careful. We would use this hotel again if our travels take us to Perugia.
    • nice location, nice breakfast, spacious room, friendly staff
    • It is a beautiful hotel. Lots of nice seating areas. The breakfast was fantastic. The staff was very friendly & helpful. Great location that you could walk or take transit to the historical section.

    Cons -

    • The mattresses are too soft and the shower is difficult to use without getting a lot of water on the floor.
    • Rude group travellers in the hotel public areas
    • The beds are old and hard while the pillows are old and flat

    Shower was too small

    Good breakfast, easy parking

Swimming pool is very small, rooms are old especially in the wine area.

Very friendly staff, willing to help and ensure that we had what we needed. The breakfast is a winner! Great breakfast and so delicious and fresh, terrific for travelers! Location was perfect, just half an hour's walk from the old city. Having parking was fantastic!

The pool, while extremely refreshing, was a little crowded with kids, and they were fine actually, just not enough room for all of us :)

It’s warmth it’s breakfast it’s room and it’s restraunt prices

Just its distance as we are elderly and walking was onerous. We were not there long enough to understand public transport. The late time 7.45 of the evening meal was disappointing from a British perspective however the hotel was mostly filled with Italian which makes sense

Breakfast was abundant and fresh. The room was incredibly comfortable and spacious.Complimentary parking indoor or outdoor. The kindness of the staff was veruy appreciated, they helped us booking taxis and making our check-in/check-out very easy.

The hotel is displaced on 2 buildings and the logistic of it is not super intuitive, but after a couple of times it becomes easy. The one and only note I can appoint about breakfast was the lack of Bacon.

    9GismondiPosted on: 6-8-2025

Clean staff very friendly and accommodating breakfast was over the top allowed as to leave the car for the rest of the day after check out. And more to list

Extremely unique with a great wine and jazz theme.

Wish the location was a bit closer to Corso Vanucci, but not bad.

    1OletaPosted on: 4-29-2025

There was no air conditioning as advertised on booking.com The hotel was very hot. The manager argued with me about it. During our 2 week stay in Italy, was the only hotel without a/c or comfortable temperature.I do not recommend them or suggest staying there. Disappointing to say the least.

    10RonaPosted on: 4-27-2025

The location was easy to find and stress-free for parking. The choice of breakfast and restaurant options was perfect. I also loved the lobby with the piano forte and listening to some talented players.

    9AdrianaPosted on: 4-20-2025

The breakfast in this place is simply amazing, with a lot of different options, staff super professional, coordinated, and impeccable service. The rest of the staff is kind, friendly, and really helpful.Thank you all.

The bathroom is a bit old, so it makes a lot of noise, and during sleeping time, becomes annoying.

good located. the restaurant of the hotel is very good.

facilities of the hotel are too old. for business purpose the hoel is O.K. but for tourism this four-star hotel is unsatisfactory.

Staff were very friendly and helpful and gave me a bath tub at no extra charge. They liaised with my daughter to provide a birthday bottle of wine and were very professional.

The jazz on Friday nights is fabulous. We loved it. The accommodation met our needs and we ate in the restaurant and highly recommend.

    8JoannaPosted on: 3-24-2025

The room was spacious and well-furnished. In the bathroom there was a whirlpool bath-tub :) Breakfast ok, but not exceptionally good.

The pillow was really thin and stiff. The wifi in the conference center was slow (maybe not able to handling all the people connecting).
