Big room, mountain view, parking

Expect to rest in swimming pool with the view but no pool for years. I will give 5 stars if we know about swimminh pool before make a booking.

Very nice people, clean, quiet, good breakfast, room well equipped.

The room is very large and spacious. This is simply a place to sleep, a stop over rest stop if your in need of a place to stop and rest on your journey.

No pool, no place to get food, no cell signal in the room, very dated facilities, no customer service. I ate a piece of candy, a small piece of wrapper was on the floor there was a swarn of ants within 10 minutes.

Staff, cost benefit, view, nature

If you dont have a car it's probably hard to reach. Rooms are quite noisy. You can hear everything coming from other rooms

Doggies, brooms, view, staff ? Thank you for everything! Location is also convenient and doesn’t require a bus/taxi if its during the day and without luggages! We walked every day from the center back to the hotel.

The staff was nice, even if they can't speak English very well they were always trying to help. The place is beautiful, romantic and cozy. They clean every day. With possibility of breakfast in hotel.

The pool was empty, not working. Which was shame because weather was hot and nice evening swim would me appreciated. And at the reception they never know if their restaurant gonna be open.

Location is amazing. Staff was really nice, genuine dog lovers (we visited with our dog) and really accommodated our gluten free needs.

Nice location, close to Perugia (by car), with free parking space and the room was spacious. It seems like an expensive hotel of the past, but it is beginning to show its age.

It is a pity that the staff cannot communicate in English at all.

Stunning view, reasonable price for a good size room, relaxed atmosphere, helpful staff. Good breakfast offering. And a very sweet hotel dog!

Not easy to get into town if you don't have your own car. Either a taxi for about EUR15, or a 3km walk, or about a 1.5km walk and a bus.

The manager/owner was a great host. He was extremely helpful and went out of his way to make our trip easier more pleasant.

The pictures on the booking site gave a different impression than the actual hotel.

Location is perfect: nature, silence and close to the city. Italian style breakfast. Check-in time.

The structure requires some refreshment (especially bathrooms).

The courtesy of the staff, very helpful and nice. The place where the hotel is located is perfect, so close to Perugia but at the same time so peaceful and silent.
