The room was smelling bad and we had to keep the window open all the time to survive the smell.

It was a comfortable room in a great location with very nice and helpful people who work there. I enjoyed the balcony and the kitchen facilities were good. The bus stop is next door and the waterfront is close as are bars and restaurants.

Just about everything. The whole building was immaculately clean.it was convenient to everything we needed bus/resaurents/swimming lidos/shops.the building was very quite in general

The building has a rooftop sun terrace but it was closed fir the 2 weeks we were there..none of the apartments got any sun bar a couple to the front of the building but those would be exposed to a lot of traffic noise from early morning on.

Comfortable bed, clean and spacious room with balcony. There is also the possibility of getting a parking space not far from the hotel for an additional fee.

You can hear noise in the room both from the street and from the corridor. The kitchen equipment did not work properly when cooking - the hob took a very long time to heat up, and the electric kettle did not work either.

Great people here, all staff are so welcoming and helpful. The location is good for us as we like to go into Funchal or out to Pria Formosa and Camara de lobos. The buses are excellent and a bus stop is located right outside. There are lots of places to eat and drink around us, and the Lido is close too. The apartment kitchen area is well stocked and we cooked meals comfortably.The rooftop area is good too.

The only downside being lack of storage for clothes and bits and bobs. Maybe add bedside drawers.

Excellent location, good balcony and spacious room

The location is great, with a very small kitchen, basic utensils and dishes. We were not lucky, got the first floor, and the balcony facing parking lot, so the view was not pleasant. When we arrived, the receptionist didn't explain to us that parking spots were limited and that it was better to book it right away for the whole stay, so we had trouble finding it and paid more money for the first night.

The shower and toilet window facing the hallway, so if you are using the facility , your neighbors can hear you

Cleanliness, location.

You can hear other guests dragging furniture around in the upstairs rooms at night and peolpe talking in the rooms. Rooms should have noise blocking

It is a nice apartment hotel in a walking distance from the city of Funchal. The rooms are spacious and our room had a little kitchenette. The kitchenette was sufficiently equipped to make breakfast every day. The location of the hotel is great, near nice restaurants and also there is a big supermarket close by. Overall great value for money and we recommend staying here.

Very clean & well maintained.Marco on reception was very pleasant and a great help with my son’s cases, thank you Marco .Good location for both city and Lido, though possibly a little far out if the city is your preference.

At this price point nothing

Very comfortable, clean and spacious. Very friendly and helpful staff!

The price was a bit high, considering there's no pool and breakfast wasn't included.

The aWifi. Is awful. Everyday we had to ask for it to be restarted. Very annoying. I was there for 2 months . The staff is great and the place is very good location. The little store downatairs is very practical.

positioned on a lively main road 10 mins walk from lido/sea & 10 minutes drive to central Funchal. Excellent cafe/supermarket on site. Very clean

The location

There wasn’t any air conditioner despite the high temperatures there. It made it a little uncomfortable for us to stay the night and we couldn’t open the window because we were in the first floor just above the street and the traffic sounded terrific at anytime of the day, so that also was a real let down for us. Also in booking said there was a parking lot for clients and when we called they said there wasn’t any. Hopefully there’s another hotel in the area that has a parking and the 24h fee it’s only 6€, so we parked there. In order to use the electrical appliance correctly, we missed a blister of oil at least (or salt), or a minibar so that we could cook properly without having to buy a bottle of oil just for a week. Another thing to point out is that we didn’t have iron machine in our bedroom, so anytime we needed to iron something we had to ask in reception for it first and wait until a woman brought it up to our room.

Room was incredibly hot and no AC. Staff provided us with a room fan, which did help but was still quite hot. Street parking can sometimes be an issue and can take some time to find, but hotel does have a paid parking facility also.
