Clean and safe with big rooms

I struggled to get into the hotel way before the 10pm ?lock? time on checkin. Luckily I wasn?t on my own in the dark as another couple were trying as well. It was not clear how to call reception and not a room.

The apartel is ok, it?s the location. A little seedy walking from the mall or train station at night.

The location is off the beaten path. Not for night outs

The room is very comfortable and is good for a week's stay because it has everything you need. There is a large space on the ground floor where you can work if you leave much later than the check-out time. Free croissants for breakfast with a cup of coffee near the reception are a great way to start the day.

The windows don't open and the air conditioner doesn't do a good job of cooling. The second drawback was the lack of a washing machine and ironing board with iron.

Clean and the room is big.The complimentary breakfast and coffee was the best. The croissant was the best I’ve ever had in London!

Not cleaning the room every day.

The staff was super lovely. The room was perfect. The clothes washer was a nice bonus.

The neighborhood is ok, but that is London.

It’s clean, big bathroom, comfy bed, good kicthen amenities. Provided croissant and coffee everyday at the lobby.

The sink was a bit clogged but that’s okay since we open it up.The dyer on the laundry room does not work that well. I did 3 times but still not dry, making it goes stinky caused by the dampness of the dryer.

The people at the reception were very kind and always ready to help. Possibly of using washing machine and dryer free of charge in the building. Breakfast with croissants every morning.

The space for the small studio is very reduced. Especially the kitchen cabinets are limited.

Free croissant is served daily form 7:00am to 10:00am ( first come first serve) very very fresh and taste good and coffee machine is available. very clean , approx 10-15 min walk to Westfield big shopping mall. there is a popmart there, got my labubu without long queue. Big waitrose in the mall, you can cook simple food in the unit.

no washer & dryer

The room was very clean and comfortable, bigger than we expected and everything we needed. The staff were friendly and down to earth, and everything was efficient and great to have parking! The only thing I would say is, at night it is best to get a taxi back instead of walking from the tube, as the road leading up to the hotel is a little dark and creepy if you are on your own. Not the hotel’s fault. Happy and relaxing stay, only not giving 10/10 because there wasn’t anything that particularly amazed us. Just exactly what we wanted and great value for this location.

Modern, clean, comfortable and attentive staff.

It was really nice comfortable and spacious Only thing I could fault is the sharp knife’s were snapped at the ends And a bottle of water in the room and normal tea bags there was only flavoured tea on offer Otherwise it was great n really good value for money

They gave us a free upgrade for my cousins 18th birthday which made it 10X more special

Love it. Can’t wait to return

The only thing was, no house keeping unless u stayed for longer than 3 days, had to ask for extra essentials, but apartment was lovely

Very small room, and although not a problem in itself, the bed was right up against the wall so no option for 2nd person to get out of bed without disturbing the 1st. Glad we only stayed 1 night.Other than that, staff were lovely and very helpful, was clean and quiet at night. I'd stay again but ask for a bed with access to both ends!

Pretty inside, not much to look at outside. Very close to Stratford station ( less than 10 min walk ) so easy to travel between places while staying in London

Staff seemed a tad harsh, and general placement of property seems like a nasty area to be around if there constantly

The staff were very friendly and the facilities were well kept. The bed was really comfortable and the room was really spacious. Good value for money and the gym facilities had a decent range for hotel standards around the £100 price mark.

Their wasn’t anything in particular that I didn’t like it was a well rounded experience and would happily come back again

I loved how close it was to all means of transportation, how easy it was to find and how clean it was. Comfort 10/10, you guys need to tell me what type and brand of mattresses you have. I slept incredibly well!

Lovely property in Stratford.10-15 mins to Westfield and Stratford station, which is great.Very clean and modern.

Polite and very kind staff! The room was clean and the location is close enough for being quiet but only few minutes walk from DLR and underground station. The free coffee was a nice start for the mornings! ;) Thank you!
