- Absolutely nothing.
- Traditional breakfast
- Nothing I messaged the hotel regarding my son and his pregnant girlfriend arriving late due to traveling from hospital when they arrived they had closed and they never replied messages or answered any calls
Cons -
- Our room was filthy, and all 3 beds contained bed bugs. My 2 friends and I all got bitten by those disgusting insects multiple times each. This hotel is the worst I have ever stayed at.
- Rat ? in my room and blood stains in shower.

Very bad decision to stay there , un clean room and toilets ,breakfast refused to make because have not hot water that’s
Un clean room full of dust and mold, unclean bed sheets, common toilet are broken and un clean ,room heather are not working, all night people are shouting can’t sleep ,broken and rusty fridge ,wardrobe are broken and nothing to hand inside, only for display, full of dust
Very convenient place to get to London. The staff member especially Reshma was very kind and helpful. She was extremely helpful and hardworking person so I give her ten out of ten. She was expert in customer service.
Beds are too small.
Lovely apartment Bartender Steph was amazing. Very friendly and Professional. Great communication, Highly recommended, Will defo revisit again 5 star service
The included breakfast is nice, it’s just one option. Only meat also. For me not a problem, but some alternatives would be good.Bed was clean and was comfy for me personally
Cleanliness of toilets but mainly showers. Shower could only be set to max heat or just cold. Annoying at best, dangerous at worst. Some toilets and showers couldn’t be locked, but not all of them luckily.
They every thing you need.
My door lock was broken but usable. More breakfast options should be given example boiled eggs should be on the menu
Breakfast was basic but ok
The bedding was stained and we came home with bed bug bites, everything was dirty and smelt mouldy. The barman was drunk on arrival and seamed confused with basic questions
It's good little hotel inn. It's not scam, not damaged. We even have cute packets of tea and coffee in our room. I kinda like it.
It's far as hell. We needed to go to Barking and then 2 more train stations.
The bed was comfortable
The location was hard to find. The breakfast was cold. The sheets were clean but old.
The live music pool table all these amenities made the bar alive girls dancing and enjoying having best time of their life
There should be girls working there so that they can attract more tourist it will increase the business empire as mini skirt serving girls gonna attract men but cctv should be working so that girls should also feel safe while working in that condition.
The room and bed were clean. There were coffee, tea, sugar, and milk provided.
The room that was given to us was totally different from what was advertised . It was on the very top floor. Myself and my husband where claustrophobic due to the structure of the room with all the elevated ceiling. The bathrooms were shared, which was not clearly mentioned in the advert. The advert shud have mentioned no attached bathroom instead said shared bathroom which was not a clear depiction for a twin room. The cleanliness of the bathroom was also not great. One bath was being shared by 10 rooms, which is awful. One bath was broken.
It’s worst experience of my life to stay in a paid accommodation which is not better than a detention centre.
Dirty and old furniture, stained and worn out carpet, inconvenient rooms layout. The shared bathroom and toilets are the way which Practically not worth to use them at all
The location was close to public transport for almost 11 min walking.
The room did not match the pictures shown online. The cleanliness of the room, toilet, and bathroom was disappointing. We were unable to sleep well for two nights due to excessive noise, including a heated argument between the owner and some residents at 1 AM, as well as loud noises from other guests at the same time.
It was easy to book and a nice old east end pub, the breakfast was nice and cooked well but if you get down earlier there is much more to choose from.
Better locks on bathroom doors.
Horrible and want a refund
Bugs in the beds look like tic or flies my friend has video of them dirty rooms damp
Bad
The rooms had mould the beds were not comfy and very loud noises hardly got any sleep
Easy to get too
When we checked into our room there was hair and stains ALL over the bed, the bin was full and the place in general was VERY dirty and smelt and looked damp. Including all the furniture being broke. We requested a room change or clean and they did allow this but the second room wasn’t much better and had a massive stain of what looked like blood on the duvet. Music was on till very late and was incredibly loud. Was awoken many times due to being scared and uncomfortable bc there was shouting and screaming throughout the night. I know it’s cheap but STILL not worth the money.
Room spacious, bed comfy.
Dump smell. No wi-fi provided. Communal area very dirty. Shared toilet which was very dirty and smelly. No handle on the door. Filthy carpets. No lamp in the room. Lights are dodgy. No soap in dispenser. Very far from the cleanliness standards. Council should have to examine this place.
