Location breakfast nice views

Nothing it was all ok

Breakfast was great, Dinner at the Lands End Restaurant was amazing, we had the chateaubriand and it was delicious. The rooms were very quiet which was lovely and we had a great nights sleep. Dressing gown and slippers were provided. The balcony with river view was a bonus. We had an amazing stay. Thank you

Really nice, food great just wasn’t expecting a service charge on the meal my parents had already paid for in advance, it would have been helpful to have been told about this in advance or for it to be added to the bill when it was paid for in advance

Good location , spacious room, nice bar , good food at breakfast. Kind staff

Queues for buffet at breakfast, could have split up hot and cold stations. Also queues overshadowed tables making it an uncomfy eating situation. Shower in 1016 needs attention, dripped and controls jammed. Sofa bed uncomfy and very very noisy

I was located on top deck with a balcony facing the river lovely watched airplanes coming in an out of local airport when door was closed you did not here a sound The staff were exceptional I would def recommend this hotel if you staying in London

It’s beautiful and looks very elegant. The rooms are massive with so much space. The room was lovely and warm, after a rainy day in central London. The staff are by far the best, so welcoming, helpful and professional.

The room above mine, had someone stomping around really hard. Some guest don’t understand indoor walking lol.

The yacht was amazing , very relaxing atmosphere ,staff couldn’t do enough for you .The yacht was very clean ,food outstanding ,very easy too get here on the Elizabeth line yacht is right next to the tube station as well , lovely 2 day stay break ,stress free !!!

Great location excellent value for money and a lovely breakfast. I have stayed her a few times can't fault it. Great access from custom house station. I would highly recommend staying here. A unique experience and lovely staff.

Would of preferred freshly cooked breakfast after continental starter. Fresh coffee served not from a machine.5* yacht stunning interior but food needs to be upgraded.

Room was excellent and very quiet as far as neighbouring rooms was concerned, but some people may not like the fact that London's City Airport was so close and therefore the noise of incoming planes might annoy some guests. This didn't bother us, however, we found it thrilling. Whilst an excellent location for the Excel, was a bit out of the way, it took a long time to get to city centre. Restaurant food was excellent, would have preferred the tables to be arranged more attractively though and not so close together. Cable cars were only 5 minutes walk away and perfect for easy access to the O2 and the North Greenwich Thames Clipper/Uber service, which was very enjoyable and an excellent way to get around.

Breakfast food was good but only warm, seemingly because it was served in creuset type pans with poor supply of heat underneath; it was a balancing act trying to serve yourself while holding pan lid and plate and using serving spoon all at once. The pan lids made a terrible clattering sound, too. Also no napkins nearby to hold hot plates, even though a notice warned of "hot plates". Bar/lounge waitresses liked to chat amongst themselves, keeping us waiting to be served. Food was not so good here. Nearby, the lift up to the footbridge across Victoria Dock water, was not working, which was a shame, we couldn't climb the 100 or so steps.

What a fabulous experience. A unique setting , spotlessly clean, relaxing atmosphere, efficient friendly staff.Amazing rooms with fabulous fittings.

Advertised with air conditioning but the room was very warm and a fan was provided but we always book places that have air conditioning in their bedrooms

The room was lovely and very spacious. The dinner was really nice and very well presented.

We had a bad experience on arrival when we were told that we could not move our dinner booking because the restaurant was fully booked only to sit in an empty restaurant for the evening. The breakfast was disappointing, both the layout and the quality of the food felt like a breakfast in a hotel of a much lower standard.

Nice clean spacious room. Excellent position for London attractions. 15 mins from West end (via Elizabeth line) and 10 mins from O2 (cable car). Great stay.

It’s location was perfect for the events we had planned. Staff were friendly and helpful and professional. It felt special to be in board rather than a regular hotel. Rooms were large and very well sound proofed.

Great location, unique, spacious rooms, helpful staff, decent breakfast and good value for money.

We had a great weekend for my husbands 75th birthday every thing was excellent the room the staff the meal in the restaurant and the strawberry daiquiris from the bar were fantastic will definitely come again
