FOR THE PRICE IT WAS AMAZING. ROOMS WERE CLEAN. A/C WORKED WELL. HAD A GOOOD CITY VIEW. LIFTS WERE QUICK AS WELL. HAD AN INSTANT COFFEE MACHINE, FRIDGE, DISHWASHER, KETTLE. NICE TABLE TO HAVE A CHIC DINNER OR LUNCH.

BED WAS A SOFA BED AND ALSO WAS VERY LOW. TOILET COMMODE WAS IN A CRAMPED PLACE. IRON BOARD WAS IN A BAD STATE AND IRON WASN'T WORKING WELL, CONSTANTLY DRIPPING WATER.

I stayed here one night. It was a late booking so there was a discount. Normally I would not have been able to afford it. And it was one of the nicest rooms I've ever stayed in. Totally recommend. So nice you could live there.

I like the location because it is very close to train station, bus stops and the Westfield mall.

Cleaning of room is scheduled for 8 days or so which is too far apart. I stayed 5 nights and my room was not cleaned once. Cleaning of room should be done every two days and towels should be changed also at no additional price.

Great location for my preferences. Allows me to avoid using bad tube lines and mostly choose Elizabeth line. Clean hotel, modern, nice breakfast, gym and lovely staff. Really good value for London.

The shower pressure gets a 6/10. The shower gel isn't amazing. Bring your own soap and shampoo if you're at all fussy.

For the price, there should be more cleaning days on offer & bathroom sheets & toiletries refreshed at the maximum every 3days. You can give more value for the money you charge.I applaud the male staff for their attitude and customer service! I had a long stay & i had to adapt to going for help only when they were on duty.

The manager went above and beyond to help us and welcome myself and my students!!! There were 6 rooms booked and he tried to get them all close together!!! Another example of how wonderful the manager was is the fact that it typically takes us weeks, even months, to get an invoice from the hotel. Mr. Swapon Das immediately sent what we needed!!!!! The hotel itself is clean, incredibly central and convenient, safe, with thoughtful touches and all the facilities worked brilliantly!!! We will absolutely stay here again!!!!!!

Friendly, helpful staff, modern facilities, pleasant place to stay. Close to mall was useful.

Everything was Great the Location was perfect . Train Station right across the street. Hotel and Room was very Clean . The Lady at front desk was very helpful all in all I would definitely come back to this Hotel .

Room was comfortable and clean. Good shower, nice bathroom. Coffee machine, and kitchen basics were good. Good access to train station and easy access to ABBA voyage. Huge double bed and pull out twin beds in sitting room fulfilled family needs for one night stay.

Loved my self catering studio apartment. Very spacious, comfortable and the most ideal location and base to move around London.

This was our 8th stay but the room was given 1104 with wall on the window. Asked Tapon to change the room and he was kind enough to help and said he will hand over this to morning shift as the room type booked was full but to our surprise when approached reception in the morning the lady said sorry we can’t move you as we are fully booked. Having worked in hotel front office I know it’s not difficult if you want to move someone from 1 room to another as I didn’t ask you to book me another room I simply asked to vacate 1 and move to the same category but better view which wasn’t going to harm may be a little extra job for house keeping but clearly lack of intent from morning shift lady.

Lovely rooms, spotlessly clean, very quiet. The perfect location for the British Championship at the Aquatics Centre at the Olympic Park.

I had requested an early check-in as I was travelling all the way from Scotland, and I was told this would be possible. Upon arrival, we dropped off our bags and were assured by staff that we would receive a call once our room was ready. Unfortunately, this never happened.My friends and I ended up having to roam the streets for four hours, which was extremely frustrating and exhausting, especially after a long journey. We returned at 12pm to check if the room was ready, but it still wasn’t. We were left waiting until the standard 3pm check-in time.Despite explaining our situation and how tired we were, the staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful. This experience was very disappointing and not the welcome we expected. But apart from that the rooms were really nice inside, and was a good location.
