- The staff was fantastic. Great service/very friendly and attentive.
- The location right by the terminal.
- Close enough to Luton airport.
Cons -
- The bathroom was not clean and the shower totally clogged... when asked for help the hotel employee that came into Our room blames us for Using the shower and just brought towels to Block the water from flooding the whole room.
- No airport shuttle.
