What Guests Loved

Pros +
- It was a wonderful experience. The kids absolutely loved the room theme (pirate), the Lego play rooms and the restaurant. A lot of detail went into the hotel. It was also much more quiet than we had anticipated (after having read other reviews). I would definitely want to return one day - even as an adult, it was hugely entertaining! It's super that they allow you to take your own food and drink in, as kids these days have so many likes/dislikes, and there's nothing worse than being forced to feed your kids over-priced junk food which they don't even eat. I was also pleased to find the Lego in the on-site Lego stores were on-par (or cheaper!) than on online retailers like Amazon.
- The location
- The Hotel has lots of potential however it is not taken care of. All trash cans were overflowing, restaurants dirty, tiles lifting in shower. Would not stay again
Cons -
- It is still quite pricey, at the end of the day.
- You have to make an appointment for the pool and the breakfast.
- The room was extremely hot and although fans were provided, they were loud. Air conditioning would make this a vast improvement.

The accommodation was excellently situated near to the park and staff were amazing throughout.

Playgrounds and play rooms for the kids, swimming pool(required booking) next to the theme park.
Rooms furniture required more improvement, breakfast very poor options,
Breakfast, ease of access, activities for kids
Late check in time
Woodland village was great for our son.
No door or curtain on the shower got the bathroom very wet and had to use all towels just to dry it up.
Lots of it. Tasty. Breakfast.
CoffeeWish facilities were open longer. Like pool and playroom. We didn’t get to use the pool.
Good options at breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff.Great entertainment.Great atmosphere. Great facilities. Rooms very nice - treasure hunt was enjoyed.
Pool staff were a bit standoffish.Duty manager was dreadful, rude and unhelpful.
The hotel was everything a child could wish for and more. A Lego paradise. I had been sceptical about resort hotels before now, but I am a convert.
There was work getting done, which we had been advised about, but a few things not working stopped me from rating excellent
Loved the rooms , very clean and my kids loved the lay out
I didn't like the check out was so early especially when you have kids
Terrible!
Shocked by our experience at Legoland Windsor. Paid for an extra night and were placed in a room with overpowering paint fumes – our child ended up with a sore throat, and I had a headache. On top of that, we were charged three times for a room that was already prepaid and told to wait 5–10 days for a refund. The night Duty Manager lacked any customer service, and we were misquoted on the room price for the extra night.Absolutely unacceptable from a family brand. We won’t be returning to the UK Legoland.
The room was fine. The cost to us , for a working stopover was great value for the quiet room , proper shower & easy parking. But the breakfast was miserable. The cheapest catering items. And the coffee was diabolical being weak, warm & tasting of bricks, the real ones of clay etc.And what planet do the alien mushrooms & weird eggs come from ? Ditto the not orangery orange juice . Breakfast in the price does no favours for the disinterest given to sourcing good ingredients . Why not buy local produce and showing it off with pride?. Also the UK drinks beer , not lager . Go get a good ale. Disneyland Florida sells 'old speckled hen'' don't you know.
See above in like comments .Really poor breakfast given opportunity.Lack of real UK beer.Awfull coffee.
Makes a nice jolly change, all good. Staff friendly, free parking, breakfast was good, room was large and bed was comfy.
Water temperature obviously regulated down for child safety which is fair enough but makes it impossible for an adult to have a hot bath
The lodge was amazing! We loved the location and all the little touches. My son loved the starry nightlight and the cabin was so comfortable. Really magical with the woodland creatures and such a peaceful setting.
We loved everything!
The extra details for children. Going into our pirate themed room, the children had to solve a series of clues to unlock a chest for their presents. This is something we never knew Bout and it was an added bonus. My children loved it.The playroom is HUGE, my children didn't want to leave
The pool, the breakfast, the location and the staff. The manager opened the shop back up for us one evening so we could get some chocolate to go with a hot cuppa after wandering around Windsor Great Park Illuminated. Thank you so, so muchEven though the theme park wasnt open, staying over is always a treat
Check in could have been a little earlier but was fine in the end
Location is good, kids liked Lego.
Mold on the walls and ceiling in the bathroom, very dusty room, AC units for the whole hotel were under our window, loud noise from them never stop, even at night. Dirty bedding, stained duvet.
Loved the things to do for children
The sleep was so bad, there were loud noises all night like a dryer humming constantly, the people in the room above made so much noise like they were jumping off the bed and making a thud that loud it woke the kids up
The activities that are included.. the playroom, entertainment and swimming.
The food/snacks for dinner. Only one restaurant open, my little one has allergies, none of the children’s options were available, so they wanted us to pay £22.50 for the only option for him. Obviously I did as he needed to eat, but he’s 4. The weightier was so rude and completely not flexible about the choices appropriate for him. I was not asking for a lot. The breakfast staff and menu were much better and flexible.
