Good location, staff great, Breakfast good, quiet and good parking.

The location on the river was nice but no amenities within walking distance.

The hotel is very run down and needs a lot of maintenance. Getting to the top floor without an elevator is not ideal and the layout is very confusing

When I informed the receptionist bugs were in my bed, they moved me to bigger room.

at 01:51 on Sunday morning, I woke up and discovered a bug on my left arm. I picked up by a tissue and squoshed. - saw a blood. When I moved aduvet, I saw another bug running and squoshed.(at 01:53) Saw another on running away at 1:58. Changed my clothes and went ground floor reception to report. Showed those photoes and video, they moved me to another room. However, I was too scared and nervous to get into bed. Lied on bed until morning. Manager promised to give me full refund. Its Tuesday today, but no refund is made.

It was wonderful to enjoy supper and breakfast sitting on the terrace by the river. The food was good, staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent value for money. Would visit again.

Very friendly staff. Clean room and comfy bed. The balcony was nice too. Good decor in the room. Air con available.

No water or tissues in the room. No shelf in the bathroom for toiletries was odd!?

The hotel was overlooking the river so our room and the breakfast area had nice views. The room seemed to have been fairly recently decorated and was a decent size. We were pleased with the standard checkout time of 11am as it gave us time to have breakfast and then get ready (we were going to a wedding that afternoon).

Parking was very tight - we'd notified the hotel we'd arrive late (11pm ish) and we just managed to find a space - don't know where we'd have parked otherwise. There was no lift (fair enough) but the stairs were very narrow and signage to room numbers was unclear - we got lost twice! The receptionist warned us but it might be better if they just fixed the signs :-)

Nice location, staff were great, came for a wedding and it was easy to get to and no problem returning late after the party! Nice big room.

Windows filthy on outside - cobwebs! Hotel in need of outside decor.Staff very slow to serve on Reception and behind bar. However breakfast staff were good.

Breakfast was buffet style that consisted of scramble eggs, ham, sausage, home fries, beans, cooked tomatoes. Also they had cereals, coffee, teas, orange juice. All very tasty.

Three bathroom should have walkin showers. The height from the floor into and out of the tub was odd. I'm a short person and it was difficult getting out of the tub as you had to step down kind of the at you would step down a stair.

Loved the location and the staff, especially Paul, and the waitress who was on most of the time. Sadly, we had to ask for room service. This was unexpected and disappointing. Daily service should be included in a property this fine. The food was good too. Altoether an excellent exoerience

I liked the view room, and the room size. The shower enclosure was excellent, the shower water barely worked.

Staff seems very uncaring about the property, it is just a job. Room was beat up with holes in the door. Shower water didn't work very well. Windows didn't seal well. Overall the place is in poor repair and you can tell any updates are done poorly. No elevator. The photo of the kitchen door tells a lot, kicking the door open required a piece of wood to cover whatever holes are in the door, and you can see a lot of hand grime on the door which tells a lot about hand cleanliness. I bet soap and water would remove that, but why bother when staff are watching the internet waiting for a job offer in their field.

Location and price

Just not very sound proof. The room next door was trying to get in there room very late while we was asleep, this went on for a good while keeping us awake, it was like they was in our room.

Sparkling clean! Easy check-in and out, the staff were very friendly.

There was no soap in the room. There was a single set of shower gel and shampoo. Considering they doubled as soap too, it was barely enough for my wife and I.The air conditioner outside our room was very loud and kept turning on and off throughout the night.
