- The location was the best! The add correctly represents the local area and proximity to all the features Windsor has to offer.
- The location of this hotel could not have been better. It was right across the street from Windsor Castle and a short walk to many shops and restaurants.
- Good staff, excellent service. excellent breakfast buffet
Cons -
- I did not expect a 4 star hotel to show any wear. This hotel, although fine, does not stand out as a plush, fresh 4 star room.
- The bed in this hotel was by far the worst I have slept on in years. It was so old that every time you moved you could hear the springs "pop". The shower had mildew in the tile and the wire shelves were falling out of the wall. It was dirty and unkept.
- I had a room on the 4th floor right in front of the castle. Wonderful view. However, the window would not close and there was a wedding that continued to the wee hours. At 2:30 a.m. still awake I called the front desk.
