Nothing Iam not happy with stuff never told me about this hotel closed . Why move to cottage room too small

Awful, dirty hotel

Room did not match the image on the website. Beds were not as was advertised. Rooms was very dirty and not fit for occupancy especially for the cost. No restaurant facilities. Bathroom dirty, unkept. Awful, we complained and have not been contacted. We didn’t feel safe, window was broken and the lock on door wasn’t secure enough.

basic, clean and tidy at a good price. Ideal if you only need a place to sleep

Narrow and steep stairs may be an issue for some.

Very disappointed

Everything I didn't like anything i didn't even unpack after entering the room I turned around and left booking into another hotel.the hotel was like stepping back in time to at least the fifties looking at the furniture.the double bed was two single beds pushed together and the carpet was threadbare.the shower curtain had mold on it. The ironing board had stains on it and the hairdryer was an antique the headboard was dirty and the wall above the headboard had small holes in it..i did notice other so called guests and from my own experiences I can only describe the hotel as a property used by the local council for the homeless.i would not recommend this hotel.

Convince for walking Into windsor

Didn't stay in the hotel stayed in a small cottage adjoined to the hotel seen nobody no rooms made up nothing

Location was suitable.

This is not a hotel, the advert is very misleading. There is no reception to the hotel. The rooms was awful with a bath inside the bedroom!! There was no hot water. The tray with the tea & coffee facilities had not been cleaned and when I informed the owners they took it away and did not replace. AVOID this place!

Room was very small, no toilet roll in the bathroom, tired interiors, no option for breakfast or use of the bar

We were kept up all night by a drunk woman screaming in the hotel for 1.5 hours. No one responded and we reported this in the morning. No response from Staff and no compensation for the distress caused. There was also a powercut from 9pm-2am.

check in was 3pm but according to booking app it’s 2PM. went in for 2 but room wasn’t ready yet.

The price was very reasonable and it is just a few minutes walk to the train station. The room was clean and the temperature was very nice we were given free reign to come and go as we pleased. The staff were very accommodating but not in your face suited us very well.

There was no hot water in the bathroom when I returned from windsor around ten pm. This was not really a problem as it is the summer and I had a lukewarm shower but would really affect the stay rating later on in the year.

Free Parking

No working bar or restaurant. A Bath that we were not allowed to use, broken tiles with poor lighting in Bathroom due to blown bulbs that hadn't been replaced, Broken kettle, a window that was obviously glued shut.I could go on & on as there are to many things to list.

The location was good for local access to local attractions from the hotel. But limited parking is available on the premises but there's more parking at the owners other property a short walk away, but no disabled parking

We were in the attached cottage not the main building The premises needs a major clean up and refurbishment, the rooms weren't properly cleaned before we arrived, there wasn't hot water in our room and the air conditioning wasn't working , we could only open 1 small window, the bedding was clean but stained, the carpets, curtains were old and worn out, the shower was dirty and the sink plug had to be prised out, the tea tray was stuck to the shelf and the sugar was hard, our friends room fridge had a mouldy banana in it and the towel rail was dripping onto the toilet roll. In a way I'm glad there's no food or drink facilities if the standard is the same as the rest of the business, the website is nothing like the reality, I won't be returning

Great location for visit to Windsor. Staff very helpful. Good parking.

The rooms need freshening up decor wise. The bar/restaurant is currently being refurbished. Will probably visit again when refurb is completed.
