clean rooms friendly staff nice gardens

Breakfast was very basic, even a 3 star hotel has proper butter and not margarine as the only option 2nd day breakfast was cold. not much option at breakfast either. evening meal was ludicrous about 6 options of which 2 were not available. I ordered the pizza which had raw dough in the middle, it was stringy. when I complained the waiter took the plate and didn't come back to offer me anything. By that time I gave up. rooms are clean but look like student accommodation.

Nothing really. Apart from they didn't have weetabix in stock

No stairs . All accommodation areas joined by decking and paths . Lovely views . Huge hotel . A nice location .

The breakfast was wonderful and staff helpful. Location was lovely.

Room was small and poorly laid out . There was almost no room at the foot of the bed to get into the bathroom. Seems like the rooms might have been able to be set up in a different configuration to eliminate the problem.

Breakfast choices are simple, but superb with great helpful staff and nice sitting areas.

The rooms were compact. A bit tight moving around the end of the bed.

The reviews warn of small rooms which I accept due to the price but having to walk sideways to get round the bed was a bit much

Breakfast much better than when I stayed last year. More choices. Would still like the hot food to be a bit hotter but very tasty.

It was very cold outside but the room was nice and warm which is a must for me, plenty of hot water for a bath or shower, the breakfast had plenty of options hot or cold and as much as you can eat. Large car park (mainly empty) with no extra charges.Nice bar area with a pool table on free vend.

Very good price, I booked a small double and whilst it was true to the description it was clean and comfortable and the staff were fabulous. Overall excellent value for money and would happily return when next in the area.

Accommodation as part of a wider business complex. Some lovely old buildings and the grounds were lovely. Nice quiet location. The small double room was v small but perfectly functional (a bit like a travelodge but smaller and quieter). Tea and coffee making facilities in room. Nice big shower with lovely toiletries. Breakfast was excellent - all that you could want.

In the centre of a very pretty village.

The rooms are tiny, and the bed uncomfortable.

Easy to find. Spacious site. Room was a little small yet had all the facilities I'd expect. Great shower. A short walk to the high street which was convenient for local shops and restaurants.

It was so convenient as I had an operation manager’s meeting there so stayed on site the night before.

The rooms were quite close and some delegates had the TV in wayyyyy too loud.

I loved how modern and current the facilities were, very well kept.The room is well thought through, it had everything l needed for that short period of stay.Fully impressed with how comfortable the bed was, l slept like a new born baby and was very well rested.The breakfast was awesome and the staff were helpful and smiles all round.The workers appear happy and willing to help, l hope they sre well paid and rewarded.My only critic is the check out time, is it possible to increase it from 10.00 am to 12.00 pm? Reasons being, after breakfast one would like to relax at least for an hour or two before leaving the hotel( accomodation), could that be taken into consideration?Over all l'll score the place 8 out 10, as there's always room for improvement.Probably replacing some of the chipped wood flooring on the path.

The only thing l didn't like was the check out time which l have already mentioned, if that could be extended from 10.00 am to 12 pm.I have already stated my reasons above.

Location , setting, great facilities, clean, friendly helpful staff, lovely big bathroom and walk in shower. Great breakfast
