Rooms modern, clean, good size, great location

Very good location, bed was super comfy, huge bathtub, the room was clean.

The windows open directly to the street, sometimes we felt like people are too close to us when they walked on the street. If you want some or any privacy, the curtains have stay drawn at all timeAt the moment the restaurant next door is renovating their place, so if You wish to lay in, forget about it. Incredibly loud.The front door to the building was broken, anyone could have come in at any time, as there is no reception at all.Our room was a super deluxe one, but we were not sure what makes it super or deluxe if I'm honest.

Great customer service, comfortable spacious room, incredibly clean.

No USB outlets, toilet roll holder loose, check-in instructions weren't clear long enough before arrival so I didn't realise I needed a door code after hours to get in

Housekeeper was friendly. Bathroom was decent. Room was nice size. All sorts of pillows was great.

Room showed some wear, especially the carpet. Linens were clean, except there was a long dark hair on the top of the comforter. And in the corner near the door there was a massive clump of hair that looked like it had been there for days, weeks, months. Minifridge would be nice.

Central location and very cozy stay with great staff. Lots of food options and steps away from Windsor Castle and Eton.

What a fabulous property. Great welcoming room with everything we needed for an overnight stay. Comfortable bed and linens. Great host. Amazing location. We just wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely book here again.

Nothing to not like

Location was fab. Lovely big room, nice and clean and very comfortable bed.

There is secondary glazing - make sure it is closed, the bathroom window has some and was open which mean we could hear some street noise. It is fine if closed.

We booked the room last minute and arrived before official check in. The manager put the heating on in the room for us, prior to getting out bags. So considerate. The room was warm and comfortable. The bathroom was large and spotlessly clean. The location was perfect.

There was an issue with the front door lock at the time we stayed and was planned for repair, so slightly concerned about security. But informed there was on site /oncall person staying there in case of issues.

The location was good

The noise at night, which explained the earplugs left in the room.The front door lock was not working so anyone could have walked in.The electricity went off half way through the night in one of our rooms, which meant the room was cold as well as dark. The manager tried to sort it but couldn’t, offered a different room but this was at 9am and we were checking out at 10am

Good central location, clean and well organised. Staff were very nice.

A little noisy outside at night ( principally Thursday, Friday & Saturday )

Excellent location in the centre of town. Good size room and bathroom.

Unfortunately close to a nightclub with a lot of people passing.Key code didn’t work and had to wait until the door could be opened manually.

Lovely room but not easy to find hotel.

Had to pay a fortune for carpark.

I’ve recently stayed in both room 504 and 505 and both shower heads were dribbling rather than spraying, definitely need to clean or replace them.

Very friendly welcome. Nothing too much trouble for staff.Room very comfortable and warm. Really good bathroom. Staff dealt most efficiently with a minor problem with TV reception. Good breakfast room where we could store our own food as well. Glasses and mugs made available to use in the room. Self service breakfast - good choice of cereals, breads, croissant, fruit etcGood value for money both the room and the breakfast

I would have liked Earl Grey tea bags and proper coffee. Good selection of fruit and herb teas though.

Th location was absolutely amazing. Very central, able to walk everywhere. The room was very clean and the staff are very friendly.

The bed was a little soft for me but that’s just personal preference.
