Better breakfast could be done

The location is very convenient to reach Venice. It just takes 40 mins by boat. The room was very clean and the people very friendly

The girl who welcomed us, Julia, was very kind and helpful. Also, the accommodation is beautiful and in a good location

Old but very clean hotel. Nice location. Excellent breakfast. Great and friendly staff.

We had a perfect stay. The food was excellent and the staff kind and highly professional. A special shoutout to the kitchen staff. We really enjoyed our meals. There was live music for several of the nights we were there. And the hotel's location is near to a wonderful beach and excellent bus services to other parts of the Lido.

The room was large and very clean.. The people there were so nice, and so willing to get you anything you needed, water, ice. The breakfast was very good. They recommended the restaurant just down the street and it had the best pizza we have ever had. The food was great and very reasonable.

We liked everything.

The atmosphere was greate, the personel and the owner of the family hotel were very helpful and kind. I was feeling like at home. I met there the most friendly dog ever - hugs for Dawid❤️‍? I will come back there for sure.

Very nice location. We stayed 2 Days. First breakfast was poor. We were offered coffee, for everything else we had to ask (ended up with 1 croissants). They had a buffet on the second day, which was quite good. I don't know why we made very different experiences within 2 days. Probably due to off season... So staff at the restaurant was rather unfriendly, everyone else was very nice and kind. They also have a big dog running around everywhere, but he is very friendly.The bus stop is right across the street, busses come about every 20 minutes. Easy to get to venice!!

The room was left unlocked after cleaning, we found it unlocked when we returned to the room in the evening. Better not leave any valuables!

The house is very clean, right next to the coastline, you can see the sea from the window, the scenery is very good. There is a bus station at the door, which is very convenient. Breakfast is delicious. The staff are very nice and the dog david is very friendly.

We were received with a warm welcome from Sebastian and Julia. Very polite, friendly, helpful, and obliging!The Breakfast was very good. Very friendly staff.

We visited Venezia Lido a little off season and we're glad to find a hotel at the southern end. We were greeted in a very professional and friendly way. The rooms are comfortable, and in the evening the heating was turned on. Thank you.

I found the mattress quite hard, but that's a personal opinion.It was a Monday night and restaurants in the area were all closed. Luckily the local cafe/bar fed us some toast ?

The location is very good and there was an interesting schedule of concerts while we were there. The Hotel is nice and close to some very good fish restaurants.

Unfortunately the staff does not a very friendly behaviour and sometimes has rude reactions. The indoor spaces look shabby and poor attention is paid to comfort. Our room was in a bad condition and definitely needed a refurbishment (marks on the walls, broken finishing, broken shower sink and WC board). It's really a pity since the place has a huge potential!

The staff was great and very friendly. Rooms were big, internet worked really good, garden was lovely. Nothing to complain. Alberoni Beach nearby and bus stop in front of the house to go to Lido or Venice.

Perfectly located, authentic Italian looking hotel, nice garden, nice restaurants around, close to the beach

Italy is the country which is so proud for its lovely and tasty food, for warm welcomes and for so many other great things and sadly we missed a bit of these feelings but maybe the next time

It had a great front patio and comfortable commona areas. It was quite relaxing.

The only thing that I was not a fan of is there was no shower curtain cause it had a lower portable shower head.
