I liked the location and the views

Restaurant Very few choices and the same breakfast every day.

Cost, location, cleanliness, rooms very comfortable, beds comfortable, breakfast awesome food, overall it was very pleasant place to stay.

Nothing to address here.

+ location : convient, lively, beautiful view + Friendly & helpful staff: seamless booking of transfer from the airport, excellent service & wonderful attitude + Room size: reasonable room size for this location

- rooms a bit outdated in terms of decorations & furniture (example: painting from the bed frame has been fallen away, the hair drier didn't work properly) - Water pressure & flow too low - breakfast: average choice although of good quality

Great location and staff! The room was spacious enough for 4 people. It was clean. The funiture is a bit old, but it serves its purpose. Breakfast was good (except for omlet), you get everything you need + prosecco.

Pillows are too soft, but it is a common issue.

Ideal location. Beautiful view of Venice. Very friendly and efficient staff. Excellent shower. Wonderful breakfast. Tocsum up, highly recommendable..

Superb location. Professional staff.

This was our fourth time in this hotel over the course of 18 years. It still has its charm but it starts to feel a bit tired and in need of a revamp.

Best hotel in Lido and Venice. Just on the Lagoon next to the Vaporetto and the main street. I always stay in Lido as it’s quiet and unique att. The hotel staff are extremely nice and helpful

The location is perfect, 1 min from the boat station to go to Venice San Marko. The building is very nice, we loved the interiors. And it was really warm inside, and it's important when you visit Lido in October.

The same as always classically comfortable. Big plus what water taxi arriving straight to the hotel deck. As always friendly helpfully staff.

Location, location, location! Close to the vaporetto stop and the restaurants on Lido. We had a lovely top floor one bedroom suite overlooking the water and Venice, the breakfast is amazing. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The only drawback was the rock hard bed!

The food in the restaurant seemed more expensive than the local restaurants so we didn't eat in . The bed was very firm

The breakfast was amazing every morning plenty to choose from and always fresh and beautifully laid out. The toaster could do with being a bit hotter so you don’t have to put it through multiple times for it to toast but a small thing against the quality breakfast.

A more efficient toaster. The pillows are a bit hard perhaps need newer more fluffy ones. I was surprised the bar shut at 11 nightly and was not open at all on a Monday.

Super location, great breakfast.

One of the worst beds we have ever slept on. Air con didn't work and it was mid summer.

We absolutely LOVED being right on the water and having a view across to Venice. Breakfast on the terrace and drinks at sunset were also the highlight of our stay. We will be sure to come back again next year!

Nothing - the whole stay was perfect!

Location very good. View very good but would of liked a sun bed or such to enjoy a afternoon to sit in the sun and watch the boats go by. Breakfast excellent.

Fantastic location near the vaporetto termknal and the main shopping/restaurant street.Venetian atmosphere in rooms, staircase and corridors.Super breakfast on the terrace.The service team in the restaurant is not quite up to speed, but the food is very good.Coffee maker and fridge in the room can be very useful.

As mentioned above, the eestaurant service team could be a bit more attentive. But all are friendly and helpful..Rooms to the road are a bit loud.Value for money is ok.

Location - amazing, 100m from ferry terminal. Restaurant - breakfast by the lagoon looking toward san marco. Dinner inside air conditioned (it was 33 degrees outside!)Bedroom - quiet, powerful air conditioning, slept better than at home !
