Staff are not helpful, there was no heating

Comfortable room. Decent breakfast. Quiet neighborhood. Friendly receptionist in the afternoon and evening.

It is a long distance from the ferry port but not a big deal. We are walkers and the bus is available.

Good location, safe area, good breakfast, supportive staff, they even provided very useful information by email well in advance, excellent transport connection, self-service laundry machines available nearby, restaurants at walking distance.

The staff were amazing, very helpful and of course available in English. On the 03/10 there was a national strike so they put an announcement to us in the lift telling us about the available public transportation….etc. It was clean, the breakfast was nice, and the views were incredible.

Just slight away from the city and you’d need a bit of time commuting back and forth.

During breakfast there was no re-filling of items specially fresh food for eg: boiled eggs, breads, yoghurt etc. ,only 1 staff to take care of everything

Our room was nice and clean with a gorgeous view. The staff was very helpful and arranged for our late arrival (they have a lovely dog too). The only thing to keep in mind is that sometimes the breakfast room runs out of tables.

Hotel was located quite far away from Lido’s center but the bus connection was great. I actually loved the area because it was very quiet at night. The breakfast was really good! In addition the staff was extremely friendly!

The hotel was super clean and comfortable. It was away from the crowds of Venice but easily accessible by bus and vaparetto. The staff were really helpful and breakfast was good.

The heating wasn’t yet turned on and one night it was very cold. An extra blanket the following night made it much warmer.

The room was very clean, and staff very friendly and accomodating, especially with my dietary needs for breakfast (gluten free breakfast items for celiac disease), and with extending my stay. The location was convenient with the regularly-running busses and in a quiet area.

The breakfast was basic, location good enough, and overall — good value for money. Rooms were clean and communication with the staff easy.

I received instructions about how to reach the hotel (my flight was landing late at Treviso), and they ended up being incorrect — however, I can't blame the hotel for this as the bus company has wrong info on their scehdules.

The staff were lovely and very helpful and friendly. The room was well maintained and clean.

The smell of cigarettes would come into my bathroom via the ventilation system. I didn't mention it to the staff as it happen later on in my stay.

Going to Venice centre didn't take long since there was a bus stop nearby.

Our bathroom smelled like someone was chain smoking cigarettes in there. I think the terrible smell came from the air ventilation shafts...

Everything was obviously clean, the bed was comfortable, air-conditioning good and also quiet. My room was spacious for a single one. Located a few minutes by frequent bus service from the ferry terminal, it's close to the beach one side and walks along the lagoon on the other.

Breakfast was disappointing and lacklustre. For what I paid, I expected better than a jug of filter coffee on a hot plate. First down in the morning, I suffered with what I think were the previous day's croissants heated up.

Super clean, good location - one minute to the laguna, about five minutes to the beach, bus stop at 50 m.The room was perfect for me (solo traveller) and exceptionally clean, which is what matters most.
