Pros +
- Nice breakfast, Easy self-checkin
- Location was nice, out of the attractions of Venezia, near island, but I preferred. Nice city, near cafe's, restaurants, markets. Breakfast was great, standard breakfast. Nice, clean and comfortable room.
- Very friendly and helpful staff, nice peaceful location, clean and breakfast was good.
Cons -
- The room was cold and there was no way to warm it up (AC system did not work or we weren't able to activate it although we tried everything). For the night there was only one extra wool blanket which was however very dirty.
- The air conditioning was not working. It was very hot. The window had no mosquito screens, so we got eaten by mosquitoes every night.
- Hotel seemed a bit 'tired'Breakfast wasn't great. Mainly prepackaged snacks,.There were some ants coimg our of our bathroom wall one evening. We asked for a twin room, however it was made up as a double (despite it containing 2 singe beds). Pillows were thin and only one each.

Good location, good shower. I liked the thinner towels!Good comms and they accommodated our late arrival happily..Pleasant staff

Old fashioned hotel ambiente
Bathroom needs update/renovation and better cleaning. Bedding not quite sufficient for chillier October nights
My wife and I loved our stay at Villa Cipro! Giovanna and Cristiana were both so nice. A lovely, tree-lined location just off the Main Street—very close to a super-cool take-away drink stand (Aperol Spritz, etc. freshly made). The rooms have high-ceilings and huge windows for air + AC, bathrooms have showers, a bidet, sink, & other necessities). We loved the glass cases of lovely-but-inexpensive jewelry near reception, and bought several items. Nearby restaurants were excellent & the neighborhood felt very safe and welcoming. Definitely cooler in July than the rest of Venice. A 30-min bus ride to exceptional beaches, too. In short, we would gladly stay again!
Towels were a bit on the thin side, but they did dry one off & dry out quickly.
Lovely little hotel with very friendly and efficient service, wonderful row of tall trees outside our terrace made us feel almost secluded in spite of the central location, only 10 min walk from the Vaporetto and 20 min from the free beach. Comfortable beds, decent air con, - we were very happy.Would stay again.
Only tiny criticism, the shower could have been more powerful, - we got by however, it wasn't a problem and I'm sure it can be sorted.
The room was lovely. So pretty. The location was great too. Very central. Could walk everywhere. Took water taxi to Venice. Wonderful
There was nothing that I did not like
Very good continental breakfast with fruit salad and yogurth served on the Terrace, Terrace has hust been renovated with automated sunshades. Good beds.Very friendly staff, Giovanna was very helpful. Great location.
Bathroom -albeit very clean- could need a renewal. Staff is only a reception in the morning hours. Rooms are rather small, but as indicated on the webpage
The communication with the staff was easy and seamless. The check in and check out processes went without problems. The hotel has a small parking on its territory but even with our big car we were able to park there. Alternatively, you can park directly on the street close to the hotel. A good location to visit Venice.
Can't think of anything.
The location worked for us and it had an elevator though we were advised to please limit the use of the elevator.
The A/C had been turned off and smokers from below blew in our window which was not nice. Also the towels were a thin linen and we didn't care for them.
The staff were friendly. The bed is comfortable. Though the pillows are quite flat but you can ask for extra. There is no bar at the hotel but my friends and I bought a bottle of wine and drank it on the terrace and they didn't mind. The breakfast isn't massive. Yogert. Roll. Boiled egg. Croissant. Tea. Coffee. Some cheese and conserves. This was fine for me. I don't normally eat breakfast and don't need a cooked breakfast. The towels are old fashioned cotton towels. Like the French beach towels. Not fluffy. But I found this nostalgic. The staff were tremendously kind. It is an inexpensive hotel run by very kind people that look after me. I will stay there again. Location is excellent. 10 minutes walk from vaporetta station that takes you to Venice.
The location is perfect!
I used my own towel because the towels they offer are too thin and not absorbent to dry a lot of hair.
The location was good to look around the Lido. The basic breakfast on the veranda.
No storage facilities offered for bicycles. Had to tie them to a car park fence. The rooms were somewhat dingy and outdated.
Good location, within walkable distance from Vaporato. Good breakfast. Beaches are also close by
Fantastic location, clean room, very nice people. We had an amazing time with my daughter, highly recommended accommodation!
The location was excellent! The hotel was quiet and shaded by Linden trees. Our room had a huge private terrace with sunbeds etc. - that was a wonderful surprise! The room was large and comfortable. The breakfast terrace was lovely.
It was not very clean. The bathroom in particular looked in need of an update and the shower flooded the floor, however careful we were. The staff were only available in the mornings. The breakfast was rich in sweet things but there was no ham or unprocessed cheese etc.
Great city location one block off the main drag. Quiet but close to numerous restaurants and the beach about 3 blocks away. Very friendly, helpful staff.
The location is excellent, just off the main road. The staff very attentive at breakfast and asked for 2 extra pillows which they provided. Only one thing was the elevator not in use, luckily our room was on the first floor so only one staircase. Very clean. Gate locked at night, felt very safe. Left luggage facility a bonus.

Location good for our short break.
Poor welcome and limited contact with hotel staff. Hotel seemed empty of staff majority of the time, brief interaction and appearance of staff after our breakfast when they needed something from us.
