    Pros +

    • Location is amazing, 400 meters from Saint Maria Elisabetta Ferry (the main in Lido). The stuff was really helpful in check-in and check-out. Very connected to the important areas during the Venice film festival. The cleaning everyday was perfect both in time and quality.
    • This place has such an authentic vibe, surrounded by a beautiful garden. Even the budget room had a balcony, which was such a lovely surprise. The breakfast was fantastic — fresh, delicious, and with plenty of vegetarian options. Truly a wonderful stay!
    • Good breakfast

    Cons -

    • As everything in the Lido during the Venice film festival days, the price is very high compared to the regular hotel rates, but it's still better than most of other offerings. The room is relatively small for 2 persons stay, but we had to deal with it during the festival.
    • No hair dryer, I have to requested and they gave me one, I appreciated. The beds weren't to confortable
    • Very small room.

Clean room and the bathroom. Very comfortable matress and pillows. Very good breakfast. Great location, 4 minutes on foot from the vaporetto stop, 15 min from the beach. Very accommodating staff. We checked-in over 22 PM and the hotel sent detailed instruction how to get in after 23 PM in case we will late. Will definetly be back.

    Very small room.

Good location. Close to the public transport and to the beach.Tasty breakfast with variety of choice. Lots of restaurants around for dinner .Clean comfortable room.Every day cleaning.

Soundproofing. I could hear noises from people walking in the corridor.Pay attention that water in your fridge is not a complimentary drink …

Loved the location, the breakfast was excellent and staff very helpful and welcoming.

Tea and coffee facilities should have been available. I asked for a kettle and got one but think this should be standard in a room.

Comfortable room, very friendly staff. Very solid place to stay, no surprises.

The building is not very modern. Sound insulation, between rooms is not the best.

I visit Venice often and being Carnevale impossible to stay in Dorsoduro where I usually stay, so opted for the Lido which is a regular 10 min vaporetto ride to the city centre. The Lido is a perfect retreat and where all my Venetian friends retreat to or live, so I just might make this the future place to stay as even the Dorsoduro has become a bit of a circus. The hotel is charming in that authentic Italian way, just minutes away on foot from the ferry stop but in a quite residential location away from the busy (well not so busy compared to the city centre) main street.

If it wasn't for the this I would have given it a ten, but the cleaners who do a very good job left the door to the room open and apparently it happens often so management really need to get on top of it, not that the hotel is insecure, it feels and is very safe but just an annoyance.

The hotel location is excellent, just a few minutes walk from the vaporetto station at Lido. Main street is 2 minutes walk away and there are bars and restaurants abd a supermarket there. Also very close to the beach. Breakfast is delicious and plentiful. Rooms are clean, and having the little balcony was an added bonus. Very good price for Lido.

It would have been nice to get warned that the room will be cleaned whilst we are having breakfast. We could have put personal items away.

The room was warm, cosy with a comfortable bed. There was plenty of choice for breakfast. The bathroom was well stocked with towels and toiletries.

The shower cubicle was very small and I'm not a big person.Could hear people in room next to us talking.

Great location on the Lido, close to everything. Very nice breakfast, wonderful staff.

Room are small, bathrooms a bit dated

    10WilliamPosted on: 10-14-2024

The location was perfect. One quick boat ride to Venice main attractions. Then back to a more slow paced area to eat and relax. Definitely recommend. The staff was excellent, professional, kind and helpful!!

Room was warm, but brought us fan! Very thoughtful and truly appreciated! Apparently air conditioning can’t be used in October.

    9RobinPosted on: 10-14-2024

The hotel staff was very pleasant and breakfast delicious! It is so close to everything you need, we simply checked in and started exploring.

The bed was not the most comfortable however we rested well.

    No bar available after 17u

Very small breakfastroom - we had to sit next to the reception

Lovely Hotel, perfect for a Biennale visit with the Ferry only a short walk away. Clean throughout and friendly staff.

The beds are a bit short if you're tall, but comfy nonetheless.
