    Pros +

    • Great stay friendly staff, parking on the vicinity
    • The villa needs some renovation as it is old but all in all it is special because of the old style so it has its charm.Good breakfast.
    • Very pretty 19th-century villa in the middle of the Lido. Welcoming hosts, acceptable breakfast, Venetian prices. The furniture and carpets are period pieces, exuding an outdated charm that is somewhat overwhelmed by plastic flowers. If you have asthma, don't forget to bring your Ventolin.

    Cons -

    • We stayed in a room in the basement which is not the most comfortable but okay maybe a night or two.
    • A bit old bathroom and could be cleaner.
    • Old, rooms are dated and not well-kept. Breakfast was low quality

Really lovely place to stay, staff are friendly and the room was clean. Good location near the beach and easy to get to from Venice centre. Would definitely recommend this place.

Location is really great and the place is quiet and clean

It’s in Lido, could be a bit far with other people but we enjoyed it because you just need to take one water bus to get there and have the whole view of Venice.

Didn’t like to stay underneath the building. Heard everything happening upstairs including walking step noises at 6am was not enjoyable.

It was across the street from a laundramat, close to bus.I was in a lower level room with a private entrance. Ordinarily it would be nice but it rained a lot and it was inconvenient to go in and out. Very nice breakfast! Very nice rooms.

    Nothing. It was very nice.

M the room was in the basement but so clean

    6DavidPosted on: 8-26-2024

    Nice people

Air conditioning wasn’t great and was turned off every day while we were out, meaning it was ridiculously hot at night and we couldn’t sleep

Nice, old building on quite street on Lidl with private parking. Good for visiting Lido and Venice

Breakfast are big and tasty, you can't be hungry after. Would be good to have some vegetables

Cozy atmosphere, convenient location. There is a bus stop 30 meters away, which takes you to the vaporetto stops in 3-4 minutes. The breakfast is good, not very rich, but tasty. Very convenient free parking in the yard.

There are no remarks. It would be good if they thought about some kind of electric mosquito repellent device and newer blankets.

Staff are friendly and wants to help you as much as possible during your stay in general Without asking they tell you how to save money/where to buy this or that ticket..etc Place is in very quite and beautiful island .. unfortunately it was only one night there. Definitely would love to visit again

The accommodation and location was exactly what we needed. Breakfast was nice, including fresh pastry. We arrived by car and the plus point was that we could safely park at the premises. All perfect for visiting Venice.

    6AbhishekPosted on: 4-11-2024

Breakfast was decent with good options, the staffs were friendly and the room was a basement room, better to be next tot the friends room. The location of the accomodation was good and well connected through the transportation.

Maintaining the guest I feel. There was someone around 3:30 AM banging on our basement door and that can be rectified as we were unaware and afraid of what was happening, so please take care of these situations.

Beautiful place and warm welcome. Very comfortable room and great location, close to Venice and beautifull beach.

    10VitaliePosted on: 9-26-2023

The hotel has a great staff that took good care of us. The room was quite spacious and spotless. Bed sheets and towels provided are of very high quality. It is a great place to stay to avoid crowds of tourists. A huge bonus is the beach available in 7 minutes by foot.

    10RuthPosted on: 9-24-2023

Villa Albertina is a really nice place to stay when visiting Venice. The breakfast comes with all the basics and the family running the business is very friendly and helpful. There is no lift to access the upstairs rooms but I guess you can request to stay in the ground floor if needed. The public transport is frequent and easy to use.

The water in the shower could be stronger... ?

I liked the location on the island, the beach is nearby, the rooms are clean and tidy, quiet

there was a small shower cabin
