- Comfortable, staff was really nice, worth the price, it was small but had everything I needed. Also breakfast was pretty good, and I slept well, they had extra blankets.
Cons -
- The beds are super uncomfortable. Other than that everything was superb!!
- Not many convenience stores around but that’s fine
- We didn't like the coffee from the coffee machine provided for breakfast. Espresso was fine, though.

Clean, location & the best breakfast
Comfortable, staff was really nice, worth the price, it was small but had everything I needed. Also breakfast was pretty good, and I slept well, they had extra blankets.
Not many convenience stores around but that’s fine
The room was very comfortable. The balcony is also nice, although we didn't use it too much (due to the temperature outside). Nice decoration in the lobby and dining room. Breakfast was generally good. Short, easy walk from and to the closest ferry station.
We didn't like the coffee from the coffee machine provided for breakfast. Espresso was fine, though.
Very kind staff. Quiet. Gorgeous space! Excellent breakfast!
Breakfast was far beyond our expectations, many kind of fruits, bakery products, cakes, loved it.Good location, nice staff, would definitely return.
Location is good, quite area close to the water bus station.
We had a spider web in a room and they cleaned after we have discussed it. Breakfast is not on terrace even when is nice and worm weather. Rooms are outdated. Beds are uncomfortable.
The neighbourhood we were in in Lido was lovely. Room had antique furniture which was charming.
Bed and pillows were hard. Staff at from desk when we were leaving we’re not too helpful with ferry info. For a one night stay, location was too far away from the main area of Venice.
The breakfast was very good. And the night time staff Marco was friendly and helpful. The room attendant was also friendly and helpful
1.Other Staff- not friendly almost surly and not helpful or welcoming 2. We specifically booked a queen bed. Instead we had two twin mattresses pushed together so there was always a place to slip down. When I raised this with the hotel staff they were dismissive 3. The water for the shower was only at best, warm 4. No iron on the the premise and the explanation was fire hazards 5 Had to ask for an extension cord so the kettle could work and there was only one glass in the room - minor issues. 6 Breakfast was scheduled to last until 10am. At 9:55, the staff turned off the lights. There is a much better way of asking adults to wrap things up. Overall, our biggest issue was the poor attitude of all the staff except Marco working nights and the room attendant
Excellent breakfast in pleasant surroundings.
The room was small and cramped, including the shower. The desk was too small to work at.
Awesome staff, great breakfast, AC, great location 5 minutes walk to the ferry.
Great location nice room with terrace. Staff friendly especially in breakfast room . Good selection of food including scrambled eggs assorted cheeks and meat and pastries. Over all a perfect experience!,
The bathtub very slippery
Very professional, clean, facilities in excellent state. Check in/out was very smooth and efficient.

Breakfast and staff
Rooms a little dated, tablecloth freyed..dead plants in window box ..
Nice location.
A little bit old… and 5€ for a bottle of water in all honesty is too much.
Was there 2nd time and liked everything. Location, old style/ original rooms, furniture. Great breakfast in large and light hall. Clean rooms and bathroom, served every day. Nice staff. 2 French balconies in family room opening to trees in backyard. Very close to central vaporetto station, cafes., etc. but still quite and peaceful area.
Beautiful residential street only blocks from the water taxi stop and several restaurants.
It was a great stay.
Excellent location, lovely family room and breakfast. Great to escape the hustle and bustle of Venice and water transport easy to all the islands. Only thing that let it down was blanket and sheets on beds rather than duvets, and generally bed and pillows uncomfortable.
It was a nice location and close to the water taxis to take you to Venice. It was nice and quiet and chilled compared to the hustle and bustle of Venice. The breakfast was pleasant and had a good variety.
The hotel was quite dated.
Well located, friendly, and quiet
