Staff are really welcoming and helpful It is near by the beach Lido is a nice place to stay at Far 40 min ; as you are in Lido from Venice ( you take bus for 5 stations 10 min , then you take ferry to Venice 20 to 30 min according to which station ) nice trip to not worry Very nice coffe and acceptable breakfast.

No power sources near the bed ( you have to charge your Elctronics in any outlet you find in the room .

In need of new shower head (poor water flow) and beds were uncomfortable (too firm)

Brilliant hotel for exploring Venice and the Lido. The location of the hotel means you need to get a vaporetto to the main island But it's well worth it! You get to see Venice from the water and we always looked forward to the trip each day. Because the hotel is out of the centre it's the perfect way to unwind after a busy day exploring Venice. The staff were also super friendly and gave us greta advice.

Accommodation suitable especially for warmer days, ideally combined with swimming on the beach. Otherwise we cannot judge - we arrived late and left early. Helpful and very nice lady at the reception.

Rooms are big and clean. Staff is very helpful. Breakfast great, lot of choices. Beds very comfortable.

A warm welcome when I arrived. The lady at reception was very helpful with local information on transport and restaurants. Plenty of choice for breakfast. My room had a sea view. Easy access to the beach and sea front. Calm sea front location (out of season). Ideal for a stay away from the crowds of Venice with easy access by regular vaporetto services to La Serenissima. Short bus ride to Lido centre & vaporetto station for more restaurants and bars. A hotel address worth keeping for my next trip to Venice.

Very friendly, helpful staff in reception and for breakfast. Very clean, spacious room with a lovely bathroom. Breakfast was spot on!!Great location for Lido beach and for the bus to the vaporetto station to get to venice.

My room had a view of a wall but that was probably as I was travelling alone. Better rooms were available. The tv had Netflix but didn't respond v well. The wifi in my room wasn't great but was fine in the breakfast area.

The receiptionist made me feel so welcome the moment I steped in. The room was small, but it had everything. I could leave my lugage there and check in later. It is literary next to the beach ( just cross the street). Breakfast was superb.

I got a room on the first floor, above the hotel netrance and the busy street. It was facing the sea but a building across the street was blocking the view. It was fine for one night in Ocotber but I would definitelly find it loud in summer - with more cars and guests on the hotel terace. Beside this, it was a really grate stay.

A little far from Venice but there's vaporetto+bus to the hotel.Last day was a foggy day and some vaporettos were suspended.

The room was very clean. Cute balconies with a sea view was lovely, just as complementory wine. Breakfast was very good, i appreciated that veggies were part of it as well. Check in was simple, no real complaints.

I would recommend adding another coffee machine downstairs and more tables for the breakfast, we had to wait for a bit before getting a table to eat.

This was a super cute place with friendly and helpful staff. They helped me find vegan items for breakfast and I was able to eat well for breakfast while staying here.

The location is a little bit far from the airport, so I suggest this hotel for a longer stay, but definitely don't skip it!

This is a very honest and friendly hotel, run in the third generation by the owner. Located really close to the beach and everything you could possibly need in walking distance. We were greeted very nicely and even received a complimentary bottle of Prosecco. Our room had see view and a small balcony which was nice to sit on. Breakfast was available until 10:30 and was good with choices between sweet and savoury. If you fancy some great food in the evening, Bagno Marconi just down the road will look after you. A recommendation from our friendly receptionist.

The location is the part. Close to the beach and rather quiet too.

The single room (36) had a bed that made me feel like the college days. Rather too small with very limited space on roll on the bed (See attached picture)

Perfect location, next to Hotel Excelsior and 1 min to beach. Even from balcony you have sea ? view. Perfect breakfast, Easy and simple to get to Venezia (Rialto, St. Marco, Burano, Airport).Very nice and kind staff. I mean everything is PERFECT with Rivamare and I def. will come again

The breakfast was good and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful when we asked for information or tips about local experiences.

The description when reserving the room claimed that the hotel was 50m from the beach, which is true... however, they neglect to mention that the beach to which one has access is a private beach for another hotel. As were all the immediate beaches... we had to walk about 400m to the nearest public beach, which had no lifeguard and was ill-maintained (dirty with a lot of washed up plant debris lying around). Also, the room was a bit cramped for two people.

Really nice staff, really good decorated, A/C worked perfectly, nice breakfast. Love the welcome Prosecco ?

The bathroom shower could use a renovation.
