Nice Staff, had enjoyable chats. Good breakfast, various hot drinks including hot milk. ( had cold milk for days) . Big bathroom and great shower. Many windows and good sunshine. Big bed. Everything is nice.

Located on Lido. Took 40min to the main island.

Had to pay for a water taxi back and forth from Lido to Venice each day for my wife and I. Still a great deal.

Really friendly and helpful team, super hospitality, everyone made us feel very welcome! Excellently located hotel, comfortable and great value. Walking distance to the water taxis, beach and shops. Great communication throughout the booking, we enjoyed our healthy breakfast to start the day and a big thank you to Nabil and the Team for helping us with our queries, going above and beyond, making it a very pleasant stay and lovely holiday on the Lido.

This is such a welcoming hotel, with great breakfast and super friendly and helpful staff. It is especially suited for staying with family, with simple yet convenient rooms. It is very easy and quick to go to Venice, Murano, Burano etc. using the vaporetto water-bus system. Lido is a great place to relax, with ample restaurants and bars, and a very large sandy beach (most of it is private beach, though, where you need to rent a place; the free beach is all the way north, but still very nice). You can go for a stroll, finding some historic and festival-related buildings, and discover the market on the waterside.

The staff was very nice. The man on reception provided clear instructions on how to get to the hotel and was happy to help with all the questions. The location is great, away from the crowds but still conveniently connected with a ferry. There is a supermarket and food around. The room is fine, clean with fresh air.

Great location. Even with younger children you can easily walk to the hotel from the vaporetto station with luggages.Plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby.

The shower room is nowhere close to the standard. We found it very hard to get into the booth and no space to move around while showering. The room was very tired, a lady staff who was helping breakfast was too stressed and telling people off to wait for her.

Location was fabulous, ideally located on Lido with lots of restaurants, supermarkets, cafés and wine bars nearby. Vaporetto station a few minutes walk away with great access to Venice and the islands. Hotel was a little tired but clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast limited but adequate and plentiful. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

Last night of stay was horrific due to large football team staying and their behaviour was dreadful. Our concerns were taken seriously by the Hotel and dealt with to our satisfaction.

The staff is very friendly . The daily breakfast is fine.

The smell of old cigarette smoke in my room. It felt like my room was designated for smokers at some point- not second hand smoke but the smell of cigarette smoking having been done for some time. Maybe coming in through a vent. I can't rate other rooms - maybe others are better. I asked to be moved but the hotel was full so I could not be moved.

Really enjoyed. Everybody was very kind, the bed was perfectly comfortable, everything was very clean. Temperature pertfect. Thank you so much!

The hotel is beautiful and located perfectly close to all the restaurants, beach and lagoon. The rooms were very clean and everything worked great. There is even a cute breakfast in the morning that was great. The staff is very attentive and friendly.

Location is very comfortable for you . You can reach to HOTEL approximately 5min from Lido ship port by walk. In addition, you would access quickly to supermarket and some Italian restaurants , other kind of shop .Reception also very kindnesses .If you can not speak Italian and English .Don’t worry . Reception member will support for you by translating.I was impressed by efforts of reception .In conclusion, this Hotel is very comfortable .Just one tip from me.If you usually hesitate to rise step.I recommend, you request to low floor in advance .

If you want to require luxury and new one.You should choice another Hotel.Because ,I think this Hotel target is ordinary one who would feel comfortable and kindness.

Everyone, especially the woman receptionist ( Elena) were very very kind. Location was great, close to Vaporeto and the beach, a residential area where you can find several supermarkets, shops, a small department store. Great place to escape from tourists, especially in. On beach season.The hotel made sure that I had plant based milk for my coffee. Breakfast was of good quality. A lot of towels in my room. Heeting was working fine. Given the prices in Venice it was a good stay.

I was disappointed with my room as I booked a larger one with big windows and got a tiny one. I was told that booking.com made a mistake with pictures and that I should make the best of my stay in Venice.( which I did). Pictures of single room were changed on booking.com that very night. There was no hot water on my first morning - turned out the entire hotel did not have it. I was told that they took over this hotel in summer and that they have been trying to repair it ever since. One can see the effort everywhere - so I expect by summer 2025 they should have most of the things done.

The hotel was in a fabulous location, just 5/7 minutes walk from the water bus.The rooms are comfortable and cosy. We had a small balcony that looked out onto the main street.The hotel and rooms were very clean. Towels provided.The breakfast was typical continental with fruit, yoghurt, and croissants. Started at 8-10.There were plenty of restaurants and small shops close by.The hotel was around an hour ( on the water bus) from the airport and 25-40 ish minutes into Central Venice.I would most definitely book this hotel again.

The water was ice cold 1 out of 2 days. Apparently, there was an issue. It was resolved by day two, luckily.They could possibly start breakfast earlier, 8 seems a little late when you either have to check out early to travel home or want to explore early doors.

Booked double room with breakfast. Room was clean. Bathroom was clean. All proposed amenities were there with a locker. The breakfast was good. Usual European breakfast. The place is very much accecible from the main Lido beech as well as the ferry connecting to Burano or st Marco.Iwalking distance and the neighborhood is good enough.

The bed is not a double bed. It's 2 single beds joined together. Not even one mattress. It's 2 single mattresses. So for a couple who like to have one double bed is not very good. Also the beds are very light and keep on moving in simple movement. Just to mention, there is no balcony unless someone get the room for 4.
