location excellent,room was a good size and well equipped although as it had a small kitchen there was no complimentary tea or coffee etc,the breakfast was good apart from when it got busy ,we had a room at the back,it was very noisy as it was a alleyway

no complimentary tea or coffee on arrival,very noisy early 6am,no towel change even though we were there for 7days,pillows were terrible ,little soft cushions

Fine location in the Triangel-area, close to the opera, etc. Well equipped kitchen in the room.

Location and the rooms were perfect for a family

One of the best breakfast I had in Malmoe/Lund, specially love the small croissant. Room is very comfy, the washing machine/dryer facilities is good

Depends which room you get, some room is close to street and will be slightly noisy. Other than that, all ok!

The location is great. The breakfast was very good and satisfying. The staff at reception is very nice and helpful. The room was so beautiful, there is a large closet for suitcase and hanging clothes. I was lucky to get a bathtub. I absolutely loved this hotel.

Great location, close to the train station and shopping. The beds were comfortable, rooms were spacious, and it was nice to have fridge and a small kitchen area.

The room stayed very warm most of the time, and the fan in the room barely helped keep it somewhat cool. The bathtub felt very cramped and small and the bathroom was not at all well ventilated and it would stay way too warm after you showered.

The rooms are perfect for both short and extended stays, the kitchen is well equipped. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the location near Triangeln Station makes exploring the city easy.

The sofa bed was a bit noisy, but we overall had a comfortable stay.

We booked (and got confirmed) two parking spots, but only one was available - because someone else without a permit took one of them.. You should be stricter in enforcing the rules.

The room was spacious and nicely decorated, with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was a highlight—plenty of choices and great coffee. The location was ideal for sightseeing and public transport. I especially liked how peaceful it was at night.

Close to city center.

Room very warm, even with an extra fan that just moved the warm air around. Also had to call reception at 22:15 due people jumping above us. Lamps and wall pictures were shaking. Due reception was closed we explained to a security staff in a different city and could not really help us. Apparently he could not come at a minimum of 50min after. What if it has been an emergency? Shall the firefighters wait 50min before someone open? Sorry, not staying here again!

The breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety of foods and drinks served buffet style. A very good value and great dining room with an outside patio weather permitting.

I have no complaints at all.

Lots of space in the rooms and the breakfast was delicious.

The birds were very loud outside the window, but if we closed the window it was too hot. I know not much you can do about that.

Big spaces, the flexibility of having an own small apartment but with the services of a hotel, like breakfast, reception, etc. The location is great, 5 minutes away from Triangeln train station and with restaurants, supermarkets and even a mall in the near. Folkets Park and Pildammsparken are also walking distance and were amazing for my little son.

Elevator is a bit small

No issues. Polite staff, clean and comfortable. Huge room with kitchen facilities if needed.

Very noisy during night. A nearby pub transported bottles on a trolley with hard wheels over the back yard every 15 minutes making sleeping with open windows near impossible.

Spacious, modern, and functional. Value for the money. Great breakfest. Exceeded expectations.

Staff was helpful and friendly, even helped me with the Swedish parking ticket I got! The parking around the back was great too and the location was pleasant. The room was big and fully furnished which was really nice.

Would be nice if we got extra towels from the get-go. Especially with the hotel policy of not washing them too often to save energy, but I am sure we would have gotten them if we simply asked! The TV itself was a bit awkwardly positioned, we could only view it from the kitchen/sleeper couch section of the room
