Clarion Hotel Malmo Live

Location was great, I had room with view- it was nice. Size of room was good

Cleanliness of public areas- for example hallways was not vacuumed, elevators dirty, elevator doors from hallway not cleaned for very long, orange sofas in sitting area on the way to breakfast super dirty.Stayover cleaning- every day different- forgot to put towels, did not made beds, did not vacuumed - different day different quality. Haidryer very week power

Location excellent and size or room was good. Liked the gym.

Very good location, breakfast and staff

Cleaning of the room was not just subpar, but somewhat disgusting. Particularly the bed cover had big stains that seemed to be of the bodily fluids variety.

Great facilities, great room and perfect location near the central station.

The restaurants at top floor was closed for upgrade.

The room was comfortable,quiet and very clean.Breakfast was superb with great variety of products.The location was very convenient and close to train station and city centre.Personnel was polite and gentle.The sky bar roof top was extremely unique with a fantastic view of the whole city.

Although breakfast was superb,we didn’t like the coffee.In general,a bit on the pricey side all things considered,but definitely it was a very good choice for a visit in Malmo.

The bouncer downstairs did not allow us access to roof top sky bar to usher in the New Year

Amazing view, great location and very nice breakfast also the staff was super friendly.

Cleaning was not up to standard. As we had dogs, would expect a better cleaning but it was very superficial and days that sheets were not changed even though Im sure there was some muddy dog paw stains on it, this was disappointing given the level of hotel. Another thing is that hotel is huge but still misses a nice lounge with drinks or a cozy area, they only have these sofa areas across the hotel but are in the passage so it does feel very cozy. We were also told could come to the bar on the 31st of December nonetheless we were detained from going as it was told us it was full, also disappointing as this was a deal breaker for staying in the hotel, the fact ww could be on the bar without any reservation on the 31st and in the end we could not go even being guests of the hotel.

Location, staff, views

We loved the hotel, great service and great rooms and very comfortable beds. Amazing breakfast and wonderful service from the staff and especially from Ruben Leufstedt.

There were way too many people at the breakfast buffet, so crowded with lines for everything. Not enough tables for people to sit.

A bit on the pricey side all things considered, but definitely a good option for a visit in central Malmö

View was excellent and roomy. Closet right at entry which helped with coats, etc. Lobby was welcoming. Food we did have was quite tasty.

Few bath towels and bath amenities. Lack of restaurant options in the evening. Not enough outlets at desk area. In fairness, consistent with a Clarion level of service, but disappointing for such a large hotel not to have more evening food choices (restaurant was completely booked).

Great breakfast and location

Their way of cleaning the rooms is not on par with some of the others in the area, they change towels on your first day when you clearly did not leave them on the floor and then don’t enter the bathroom on the days following. Also they dropped something from the bin on the desk when removing it and found it there when returning. Probably they prioritize other guest who book directly more.

From the moment we arrived at the reception to the comfort of our room, everything in this hotel was perfect. We were welcomed with a warm smile at the front desk and had the feeling that we were the only guests in the entire hotel. The view from our window was absolutely breathtaking—we didn’t even feel the need to turn on the TV. The room was spotless and beautifully maintained. I was especially pleased with the selection of cosmetics provided in the room—it truly reflected the great respect and care shown to the guests.We also attended a concert on the first floor in the concert hall, which was a wonderful experience. And the restaurant deserves special praise—fantastic food and truly amazing people working there. Even though the hotel was quite busy, the level of service made us feel as if we were the only guests and the whole world revolved around us. The live acoustic music in the lobby and the perfectly selected playlist created a magical atmosphere.The accommodation was wonderful and very comfortable. The overall atmosphere was simply incredible. Thank you very much, and I wish you continued success.

Everything is fine

Cannot fault this hotel at all. Easily walkable from the train station, a quick walk into town and to the water. Beautiful room with an amazing view, comfy bed, I slept like a dream, no noise. Best vegan breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel. The sky bar was great, incredible views. The gym was well kitted out, we had it to ourselves and the sauna was a bonus. Definitely recommend the place and would love to stay again.

The restaurant on the 25th floor has Amazing views & attentive staff but unfortunately those are the only positives. We had some of the worst Italian food ever, this restaurant needs to up its game

They are a 4 star hotel in the city centre and they do not have room service in the evening and the only restaurant open was fully booked... should be able to get a meal in this hotel....Wifi was weak and kept disconnecting.The shower as brokenSo obvious they have put all the money on the location which is good but the rest is cheap

Friendly staff, fantastic breakfast and very accommodating for babies

No smart TV and some channel didnt work

The Lobby was rather "cold". The Lobby bar was rather "cold".

We had a "dooble bed", but the beds were 2 single. so if you moved in our bed the beds slided away from each other and you fell in the middle. Not a good experience!

The room was comfortable, the view was great, staff were helpful and the breakfast was excellent.

The room was cold for most of our visit. Although there were controls for the heating/AC we couldn't turn the heat up high enough or turn the system off at night.
