First Camp Sibbarp-Malmö

This place was very quiet close to the water nice playground very clean.It was nice to be able to check in after everything was closed we arrive very late thank you.

Just location

It was really bad experience. I was at camp. Aorund 22.45. No body was available neither any email or sms to explain checkin process. Kios in front of receptie was not working. I called night shift worker they dont know also where i can get my card and keys to checkin. Really crazy keys were in store room and card was other place. In short i was outside 1hour en 30 mins outside in cold with my 3 kids. Never again first camp .Horror experience

I was trying to do check-in at 19:00 PM but my booking code and details provided did not work.There was no one from the hotel present onsite or on call to support me on check-in. I was unable to check-in and i had to search another hotel for the stay late night.

Very bad room and dirty bed

Nice and well organized campground. Perfect for motorcycle travel as you can park the bike right in front of the door.Cozy little cottage.

It's pretty expensive. The layout is to maximise sleeping capacity not comfort. But it's fine for solo travel, tho' I'd prefer a double bed and sofa, instead of 2 bunk beds.And i'm not here to redefine "camping".Storm in the morning was not to my liking but your experience may vary.

The place is dirty and the toilets are 100 meters away and I have children, there are no towels .There's no one to greet you! It took me an hour and a half to find my room.

It’s close to the airport

The bathrooms are far and I am pregnant I need of the bathroom several times and it was very inconvenient and the showers were dirty

IN GENERAL:Two points on how I think the service could be improved:1/ The bedding should be covered/dressed on the beds, and the price should be increased accordingly – because the current situation is very inconvenient.2/ There's no explanation that the barrier will be closed at the entrance, preventing entry to the facility, and that guests must park safely somewhere and go to the reception desk to obtain an entry/entry card. Otherwise, the entrance gate will be blocked until the card is received. OR!! - Register the customer's car registration in the facility's system (after payment), and the system will then automatically admit them – similar to parking lots previously reserved electronically.+++ TOO LONG --- entertainment techno music, strong bass noise to long 0.00 !! especially if I have to wake up early and drive another city ...

Great location near a beach. When our sink stopped working a staff member was immediately sent to our cottage and fixed everything. Nice terrace. Bunnies jumping everywhere.

Cleaning was difficult because the vacuum didn’t really work and there were supplies missing for a more thorough clean. WiFi did not really work at our cottage, only early in the morning.

The room smelled and was not advertised anywhere within the booking.com reservation. It was a complete surprise upon arrival.

Rented a cabin and expected simplicity but it was more like a hotel room at an expensive hotel and there was fridge & freezer plus cooking facilities.

Little hard to find the parking for the cabin though. They were numbered but not clearly printed on the map we were given. Had to look around quite a bit before we found the parking spot.There was no information on how to practically check out. I drove the car towards the reception but the street in front of the reception had a no stopping sign. Had to reverse it back to the parking spot. Was a bit confused on what to do. Turned out that i should have walked and given the key cards to the reception or dropped them in a box and just driven to the exit and that the exit gate opened automatically.

Disaster stay at First Camp...

I rent 4 persoon bungalow/stuga but no wifi,no bathroom inside.It is chaos so much people.behind my cabin with camper and tent op the grond.I must walk 500 m only to go to WC or take shower.can you imagine furst want to do while just wake up?You need to go to WC but you should walk a bit far only for pee.I would never come back again to this place.It is not cheap but still charge more for bedding,laken pillow cover and towel,cleaningservice.It is noise everywhere and difficult to find my cabine as not really clear from the map .I must turn around many times with my car because so difgicukt to find my cabin(stuga) is so crowded everywhere and not values for the money.Do not visit or comeback again.If you rent cabin or chalet in Holland for example centerpark there are always WC and wifr inside the cabin or chalet.

The location is very nice and it is near the beach. We can enjoy the view from there and we can also enjoy grill facilities there. We really enjoyed the place and love to visit again!

Everything was fine

Super cool camping experience. Sweet little cabins or bring your own camper. Facilities are very clean and well kept. Tons of activity options. Good food, nice staff. Great location by the ocean.

The client number and booking number for self check in were never emailed to me. We had to call the service desk but luckily everthing was sorted out quickly.

Staff told me that I could not park inside after 23:00. I swiped my door card at the entrance gate at about 23:45 and the gate opened. Drove strait up to cabin
