    Pros +

    • Great location! Great breakfast.I was very disappointed that the restaurant is closed on a Sunday!
    • Perfect location in the centre, lovely rooms with comfortable beds, breakfast had every option available, beautiful views across Malmo from the lift if you are in a room near the top!
    • The location can't really be beaten if you need to be near Triangeln! Check-in staff is always polite and friendly, beds are super comfortable and wifi is good. Views are amazing from the high floor rooms facing north, and from the fitness center. Nice that most rooms have a proper bath tub and generous vanity area, full length mirror and water and coffee.

    Cons -

    • Restaurant open everyday/every eve
    • The facilities can feel a little dated; it's been renovated but it's still a big post-war era brutalist tower so the ceiling heights are a little low and water pressure in the bathrooms can be a bit weak.
    • nothing everything good

Excellent breakfast, very wide selection of dishes.Spacious room. Cleaning on request, which is a very environmentally friendly option. There was no kettle or coffee maker in the room

The receptionist could have been kinder on the our first day of check-in.

    Breakfast

We reserved a room with a city view and got a view of the roof and back of buildings

Great view from our room on floor 17. Nice room with a couch.

Breakfast area was crowded, maybe you should get there earlier.. Room had great view from 15th floor. Hotel has greatest location, everything nearby. Staff was the most friendly ones. Thanks

Unfortunatly room was cold. Also hotel doesn't have smoking area, just cross the road and you'll see place for it.

We didn't have breakfast and the room was fine and the view excellent.

There were no facilities in the room. I stayed there when it was the Hilton and we had coffee/tea/biscuits/and snacks. Scandic provided no water or anything and the lovely bar area which used to have a fridge with drinks in it, had been sealed up with not one glass or cup. It was the most basic hotel I have ever stayed in Europe.

Location and the room size. Near train station.

    Lack of facilities like kettle.

    9TraceyPosted on: 1-9-2026

The location and the view from our bedroom on the 15th floor. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

    10ElzibabyPosted on: 1-2-2026

Really convenient location , check in was quick and easy. Our room was on the 16th floor , clean and well presented with gorgeous views of Malmö. Reception had a small store where local treats or necessities could be purchased and staff were friendly and helpful. We usually stay around Malmö C but will definitely be back to Scandic Triangeln going forward.

The elevators are a little scary!

Central location next to train station

The facilities and furnitures are out dated. Scandic does not have complimentary breakfast anymore, which caused extra expenses made it overpriced. Breakfast time slot created pressure especially for families, however when we were there on time, there were not so many people as indicated in breakfast booking system, the created pressure seems not necessary... New year day has extended breakfast time until 1200 however check out time remains the same as 1200, made it quite rushy when we only got breakfast time at 1130 but had to check out at 1200. Other Scandics have late check out time on this day to avoid unnecessary pressure for breakfast. But this hotel only wants to charge extra for late check out. A bit disappointed.

SAME breakfast menu EVERYDAY is a deal breaker for me, atleast xmas and newyears they could have put in some effort to make atleast one new dish or change in the menu… zero marks for no efforts on this one especially for the prices they are charging for holiday bookings. Rest everything was SUPER

CHANGE THE BREAKFAST MENU u cant serve the very samething EVERYDAY EACHDAY

    8ChristinePosted on: 12-31-2025

Just about everything. Breakfast is great. Lobby and restaurant are nice areas to sit and relax. Rooms are spacious.

The quilts on the beds are too small.

    6SamirPosted on: 12-30-2025

Location of the hotel is strategic and you can find everything nearby. The staff are very good and they are there 24/7 to help you.The rooms are clean and spacious.

    The car parking is expensive.

    4RutPosted on: 12-30-2025

The location is good.Staff friendly, but slightly confused.

I did not like, that I had to remind the reception every day, that I wanted to have my room done. And the concept of NOT cleaning should be discarded. I go to a hotel to feel pampered and to be comfortable. If I want to clean my room, I could just as well stay at home.Further, IF I inform the reception on arrival that I want cleaning every day, I don‘t want to keep on repeting the message every day.

    7ZainabPosted on: 12-29-2025

The hotel has an excellent location, conveniently close to everything. The train station, shopping centers, restaurants, and other amenities are all within easy reach, making it very practical for getting around and exploring the area.

For a four-star hotel, I found several aspects disappointing. Basic amenities that are typically included at this level, such as a mini fridge/bar and a coffee/tea machine were not provided unless you paid extra. Renting a mini fridge cost an additional 250, and requesting a room with a coffee/tea machine also required an extra 250.Additionally, the standard check-in time is quite late at 4:00 PM, and early check-in is only available for another additional fee.I found this approach unpleasant and unhelpful, as these services are usually included in the room rate at most three- to four-star hotels without extra charges. The overall experience did not meet the expectations associated with a four-star property.

I love the environment, the room , and also the location of the hotel vey close to the train station
