Entrance fee to the spa from 16 years of age NOK 250 Grand Hotel Oslo opens Grand Spa December 1st 2026. Grand Spa will cover approximately 450 square yards. The facility will include a pool area, treatment rooms, lounge spaces and outdoor terraces. Beth's Beauty will operate and develop Grand Spa. The excisting spa will close for renovation July 27th.

- There was a flood and we found a church outside our room along with two noisy machines. Doors were propped open and towels were all over the floor. The hallway and room were hot. We were moved to a smaller room that night. We have pictures. Refund please.

There was a flood and we found a church outside our room along with two noisy machines. Doors were propped open and towels were all over the floor. The hallway and room were hot. We were moved to a smaller room that night. We have pictures. Refund please.

Artesia Spa: Entrance fee from 16 years of age is Monday – Friday NOK 195 and Saturday – Sunday NOK 250. Lower age limit is 5 years of age. Hotel guests between 5 – 15 years of age are welcome to use the spa facilities only when accompanied by an adult hotel guest, Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 10:00 and Saturday to Sunday from 08:00 to 10:00. For children under the age of 16 (accompanied by a registered adult), entrance is free of charge. Hotel guests who wish to use the spa facilities are welcome to charge the entrance fee to the room. This can be done via the reception at Artesia, payment will be settled at check-out from the hotel. Entrance to the spa should be booked well in advance of your stay due to limited capacity.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
