- Nice and friendly staff
- Beds were very comfortable and nice shower.
- It's located very close to the TÃÂøyen subway station making it very easy to get around the city
Cons -
- Fridge and lights fuse went, mold on the bathroom roof, toilet roll holder fell off wall and fell on my foot (ouch), tv channels didnâ≢t work, mold growing in the shower corner. Elevator broke down.
- Did not have hand soap
- There were many things in the room and bathroom which were falling apart and were ignored even after bringing them to the attention of the staff.

Nice and friendly staff

Simple, easy location with car.
If you book it under Norwegian hotel you do NOT have breakfast included, if you book as Bestwestern, breakfast is Included. Neither Hotel brand specifically says Breakfast included or not. Staff was very unreasonable on this topic.
