The staff, the cleanliness, location, the comfort of the lobby, available umbrellas, and the coffee & tea in the lobby. Also, the complimentary breakfast was outstanding! Absolutely outstanding.

The size of the room. Although, I know I opted to book the room aware (somewhat because it was in meters) the size, the price for the room based on the very small size was disappointing. My husband and I had to hopscotch over our luggage and each other.

As others have noted, the breakfast is excellent, although I would say that the ones at Hotel Bristol and other locations are equivalent. The staff was very accommodating when the first room we were put in had a terrible odor; the second room was fine.

Noise, noise, noise. Our room (and many others) faced out to a bar that was open to 4am EVERY night. And, sure enough, there was loud talking and music until that time. Even with ear plugs, it was nearly impossible to sleep. Will not return here.

Hotel room size was good, location was central and staff are friendly. Breakfast was very good! Would definitely stay here again.

There is a very lively bar across the Street, Nilson¿s Jazz Club and the palace, museums and waterfront are within walking distance. The hotel has a great buffet breakfast, 8th floor lounge, exercise room. The hotel is whimsical with bright colors.

Parking is an issue if you rent a car. There is valet parking for a fee but there are restricted hours so you may not be able to access your car for an early flight departure or be able to park if you have a late return to the hotel.
