Grand Hotel Capodimonte

Pros +

• Convenient position. Comfortable rooms. Spacious toilette. Very helpful and friendly staff. Low price for a 4-stars hotel.
• I liked my room, simply furnished and spacious. I liked the location, close to Capodimonte Museum and a pleasant walk to Centro. I very much appreciated the helpful staff. I very much appreciated the quiet, relaxed atmosphere.
• Booked this hotel as sleepover before flying out of Naples Airport. Hotel is very good, clean, all facilities are there and team members are very good. Building is bit of heritage type, so some may not like it but very good hotel, rooms are spacious and clean. Do visit local terraria restaurant near to hotel, A Luggetella. They serve nice authentic food. At hotel we were served by Francesco and he was very helpful, booked cab for us as well for airport and it arrived in time. Breakfast is also good.

Cons -

• The hotel is dated. Rooms are somehow noisy (there is heavy traffic outside). Breakfast is a bit disappointing for a 4-stars hotel. Although there is the choice you can expect, there are some flaws that solicit the customer attention: the hot food is not maintained hot and the pancake machine is out of order.
• Can't think of anything I didn't like.
• Location is both positive and negative about hotel.
