- very good hotel, delicious breakfast, good rooms. 10/10. the train station is very near
- The location was perfect, close to the sea, close to the bus stop and there was even parking right in front of the hotel. The bed was really comfortable. The staff was absolutely wonderful. We had a small problem in the room, but the staff changed it for us voluntarily and it was handled smoothly and very well.
- Amazing staff! Girls are very helpful and polite. Clean. Close to the beach, restaurants, public transportation and has a parking.

Extremely nice staff, good location, and spacious room
The beds were maybe a little hard
Very helpful and kind staff. Private parking. Plased at a nice area for walks. Very clean, big and beautiful room. Good breakfast. Wifi.
Great access to town, only 2 min walk! to restaurant's and beach!
None!
Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, private parking, good wifi, good breakfast.
Everything was nice.
A train goes right by the building, but air conditioning works properly so you can close the terrace door for the night.
Loved that the hotel was clean and comfortable. Hotel staff very friendly and informal. Parking easy. You walk out of the hotel, turn right and beautiful view of the Sea and coast. Continental breakfast, you can even bring some fruit and pastries to your room. 5 minute walk to train or bus which takes 10-15 minutes into center of historic Genova. Loved it!
Actually, there wasn't anything I didn't like. Our room was on second floor which we did have to walk up. Easy stairs. We didn't mind that at all but if you do, ask for a room on floor with elevator service.
We only stayed for one night during our trip. Location was OK, outside the city. Free parking place. Nice staff. Very close to a beach (but the beach is not a nice one).
Breakfast was quite poor but for that price it was OK.
Clean, good value for money, perfect location
Parking place. Clean room with good aircon and wifi. Very nice and helpful staff.
No vegetables in breakfast.
the location and the staff are friendly
the breakfast menu so limited
Bad location. Parking available. We paid 30 euros for breakfast. our 4 year old son was also forced to pay. Breakfast poor at all. I think that of the 7 hotels I've been to in Italy, the weakest of all. Not worth it. Very polite receptionist. bad value for money for a 3 star hotel.

The hotel was ok but Genoa is a dump and this hotel is based right in the middle of the worse bit. After 10pm, the place is surrounded by people drinking, singing, shouting, fighting! Fireworks at 2am then woken by hotel guests at 4am and 6am, the staff in the hotel ignored this. We like a drink and party as much as anyone else but this was more like a mob. We will NOT be returning
nice location, free parking, clean room
nice location, but outside on the main city, very close to beautiful sea; close to restaurants, and parking lot! very nice host.
rooms are "European" size, adequate but not big; but fine for me (get used to it!)
Helpful lady at reception.
Place of hotel is in quite dirty area, rooms are poorly equipped.Breakfast was the worst I experience in Italy, small room not enough place, very limited food offer and not helpful service, nothing was prepared you needed to ask for everything a took long time. This hotel is definitely not worth the cost spent here, not even half.
Nice very friendly and accommodating staff, rooms were good. Well located near coast (2 min walk) and easy bus to town for €1.50 (gives you 100 minutes rides anywhere) also free parking at hotel.
Thin walls as could hear neighbour telly. Also Genoa not great for variety of food especially so far out from center.
Nice room, private parking with good signs how to get to it (you go through several small streets), very friendly and helpful staff. Good public transport connection to Genova center. We enjoyed out stay there.
Internet (via WiFi) was practically unusable, despite trying it from two different rooms and the staff resetting the connection. Without this problem I would give a 9 to the hotel. I hope they improve the connection.
