Dry clean and modern. parking was excellent.

Modern property with nice rooms and a good breakfast. Helpful staff and onsite parking. Would stay again if in the area.

Location is a little tricky to access but once you are there, they will make sure you are comfortable. Nice folks!

Hotel needs minor attention to paint work here and there. This did not detract from an otherwise pleasant stay.

The hotel is very good, breakfasts were excellent. The stuff is very good from the very beginning responding to all my questions and requests and believe me I had a lot cause was travelling with my disabled son. It is always challenging and before the trip I always have to clear up all the details not to get into trouble afterwards. It was the only one hotel from many others in Genova (with facilities for disabled) that really was answering pretty quickly, sending me all necessary photos while others just were frozen and didn't contact me.Special huge greatfulness and respect to the manager Marco who was so nice and helpful! A person is in the right place and definitely should be awarded for his great job!

Location is not the best. Though if you are with the car, then no problems, lots of space for parking. As we were using buses it was pretty long and inconvenient to get anywhere and back especially late at night

The hotel was nice, the location was good and breakfast was good too

They had a breakdown of the wifi which was not fixed by the time we left - obviously these things happen but I would have hoped they would do more to fix it quickly. Unfortunately this meant we were unable to work or plan the next days so it ruined our otherwise good stay

Very comfortable and clean large room. Free parking. Loved the bar which was generous in bar snacks with drinks. Very fresh and efficient staff. Wonderful breakfast!

Bit outside Genova city

I originally thought it was location when I booked, but beware, it is in a commercial and run down area. It also need improvement in facilities as it looked tired and aged, with customer care not a high priority.

Loose and cracked toilet seat, room was not made up for the second night, disposable cups have not been replaced despite it being post Covid now for 5 years, the coffee /tea facilities were poor/not replenished until asked) and despite knowing two guests, only one robe and slippers had been provided (until requested). Shows a lack of attention to detail by staff!

Parking, breakfast, building as a whole, large spacious room and large comfortable bed (but see below). Friendly helpful staff.

Room air con did not work and even though outside temperatures were around 21 by day and 10 overnight, it was uncomfortably hot in the bedroom with a temperature of at least 26C. This was totally unexpected and it was necessary to open the window whenever possible to lower the temperature which is a terrible waste of heat energy. It was not possible to leave the window open while sleeping. The only comment from staff member was "sorry about that."

It was a clean and practical hotel. There was a good breakfast with lots of options and in the evening this was a restaurant. It was simple to add the cost to your room bill. The staff were so lovely and couldn’t help enough.

The rooms are a little dated and in need of renovation. For example there was damage to the carpet in my room. For the price it’s ok, but definitely needs updating.

Convenient location for my work in a not-unpretty spot 15 minutes to the north of the city centre.Got a room upgrade this time which was nice, the superior rooms are more spacious and have a free minibar and nespresso machine.Front of house staff seem friendlier / perkier / happier than on previous visits.

Rooms still have a bit of a dated feel to them though, all dark wood and heavy curtains.

There are many parking spaces available for hotel guests, which is very convenient, although there is no inside parking (garage).We were happy with the internet speed and connection, which was reliable throughout our stay.The room was nice, comfortable, and had a good bed, ensuring a restful sleep.The location is ideal for passing by visitors like us, with easy access to major routes.The breakfast was rich and of good quality, providing a great start to our day.The hotel is located outside of the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone), making it easily accessible by car.Communication with the property was great, ensuring a smooth check-in process.

The room had an old LCD TV instead of a smart TV, which felt a bit outdated.The tap water was not good for drinking, which was a minor inconvenience.It could be very difficult to find public transport to Genova. Make sure you come by your own car.

Free parking available. Room size was decent. Good breakfast spread. The restaurant is good - vegetarian options were available. Supermarket in a shopping mall at a walking distance.

Very outdated rooms, dirty carpet - needs urgent renovation. Not at all worth the price you pay for Mercure. The reception staff - very cold and not friendly. Restaurant Staff were better off. Very far from the city centre, takes about an hour by public transport. Even the buses are very crowded. No restaurants available nearby.

The hotel was good but the rooms were not comfortable.

The room temperature was uncomfortably cold. The AC wasn’t working. The bedding was of really poor quality.

The location, Atmosphere and breakfast were perfect.The location is far from city center but it has easy access to city by many bus lines.You can enjoy it's quietness and it's green nature.Staff were really friendly and helpful.Slippers has been provided by staff by our request.

Slippers, Toothbrush and Toothpaste could be available but they weren't.
