Tower Genova Airport - Hotel & Conference Center

Location to Airport for early morning flight. Inside the room the sheets and floor were clean. Mattress was super old but still supportive to sleep on.

Entry, halls, lobby worn and dirty. Musty dirty smell overall to the hotel. Lobby and hallways needs deep cleaning and new mattresses. I inspected our mattress and it was falling apart. Ripped sides and even mattress cover had worn holes.

Friendly staff and helpful. Good breakfast choice. Lunch food very good too.

No phone chargers in the room. No coffee machine.

The cleanliness, and it was quiet!! Is an old hotel, but the rooms are big!

It is very far away from the city center, and we needed to get a taxi, because we couldn?t figure out what bus to take.

Very poorly maintained. Have stayed in this hotel when it was the Sheraton and it was very nice. I would not recommend staying here again. Poor value for the price. Service at dinner was very slow as there was only 1 waiter for the entire restaurant. Not very much positive to say about the experience.

The airport is located only a few minutes from the hotel.

The facility need to be renovated. Our room (527) bolt lock didn't work. So it lacked proper security and safety. The hotel menu and food wasn't worth the price too expensive and the food wasn't good. We ordered a pizza, pasta pesto and French fries. The French fries was very salty like they pour salt blindfolded. I had to knock off the excess salt for my four year old to eat and it was still too salty. For dinner we were forced to download Just Eats to order food.

Room was clean,beds all right, good location for us.Some said the place was "worn", which it was in the elevators, but nothing of a big issue.

Staff took a while to get us in with only 2 in front of us, not a big issue... but then we get to the room, find out that what was listed as a king, pics shown were kings, but then what we get is doubles (listing was mixed reviewing it later). In just the time to go upstairs, see this then back down, a bus full of people come up (~30) and the staff wanted us to "wait" for what was a screw up already from the process not 5 mins prior we'd went through. Attitude of the staff in general (at check in) wasn't the best (must better in the dining area). As it was late, we never were able to talk to them (would have been an hour and the rate they'd moved w/us prior). Just dealt with it, won't go back for that reason.

Arrived early and staff would not let us use the gym. There is nothing else to do in the area so allowing us to use the gym to make the three hours go by faster would have been helpful. Pillows flat. No coffee maker or hot water kettle. Coffee only for sale.

The hotel was extremely convenient since we were able to walk over to the airport early morning. The room and bathroom was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The pillow in the room is extremely thin and offers no support at all.The restaurant was busy, but only 1 person was working to handle all the tables. We felt sorry for him as he rushed from table to table. So service was a little slow

The room was perfect as well as the breakfast.

The location is a bit far from the city center (13 min). You need your car.

It was very clean and had a comfortable bed. I'd missed a connecting flight to Genoa and arrived too late to go on to Riomaggiori, so I stayed here overnight.

There wasn't anything about the hotel I didn't like.

Very helpfull staff. Good size room. Was allowed to have my bike in the room.Had what I needed. Close to aitport and the city centre.

a lot of humidity, and you can smell somehow mold it in the rooms. The hotel only renovated the lobby, but it seems like they tried to do it in the rooms, but at the same time it looks like they didn't. Rooms smell moldy, the floorboard was weirdly raised because of the humidity. It didn't feel completely clean to me, especially with the humid smell.

Our room was spacious and very clean and comfortable. The bed slept comfortably and had an extra nice fluffy coverlet. We heard no noise or disturbances, even though the hotel is next to the airport. I especially liked the bathroom, which was also large and had nice touches like an accordion mirror and a deep tub. We had to leave from the airport early the next morning after our stay, and we were close enough to the airport to take a short walk and be there in approximately 5 minutes.We ate at The Albatross restaurant located right within the hotel, and the food was delicious and the atmosphere quiet and elegant. Our waiter, John Luca, was very gracious, and made us feel welcome and at ease. Very positive experience for two tired travelers.
