Location, poor for walking

The room it self was nice and the bathroom as well.The staff were very fierndly and the hotel amenities were very good.It has a parking garage which was very convenient.

There was a smell in the room that I did not like and I was bother by. I am Not sure what the smell was.

Modern 4 star hotel, nice equipement room, very good breakfast and not far from the city. You can arrive to the city center by taxi or bus within 15 minutes.

However the location (outside the hotel) is not very clean and pleasant.

The staff was friendly and the room was spacious and functional. Loved the view on the lantern.

The room was not very clean and with only one elevator working it took a long time in the morning to get to the exit.

Comfy beds, clean, friendly staff, good location to quickly get in and out of the city.

Although the breakfast was delicious and had a lot of variety, the eggs and the bacon were cold.

The sheets weren’t clean the mattress were full of food crumbs and dirt, they changed the room right away but the other room had the same problem, so they sent a cleaning lady

would like to share my personal experience at this hotel, which unfortunately was very disappointing.From the moment I arrived, the reception was extremely poor. There was no proper welcome, and the front desk staff were cold and unprofessional. I didn’t feel any sense of hospitality or care.Throughout my stay, I noticed that the staff in general were unhelpful. Every time I requested something, the response was either very slow or completely ignored. It felt like guest satisfaction was not a priority at all.As for the services provided, they were far below expectations. The room was not as clean as it should be, room service was extremely slow, and I had to repeat even basic requests several times before they were fulfilled.Additionally, the hotel is very overpriced compared to the quality of service and overall experience. The value for money is simply not there.Honestly, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and good service, and I definitely will not be staying here again.

We asked for a help to get a taxi from the city center. Reception told us to solve this problem by ourselves and didnt want to help us for a return taxi from the city. She recommended us to ask for help from the restaurant we ate- so we felt without help. Hotel is very far from the center- there are not proper roads for family to walk and its around 50 mins. İf you go to center by taxi, you need to find a way to come back.

Beautiful hotel next to the port of Genova. The hotel has good amenities and the parking below it's safe. The breakfast buffet was good and the bed was comfy.

Small restaurant space have to stay 10-15 min just to enter inside; the district is not central with a lot of traffic outside

The air conditioning worked well at this property and the pool was very enjoyable for my children. The restaurant is good. They offer a buffet breakfast with eggs, bacon, sausage, cheeses, fruits and so fourth.

The room is clean, and we got kettle for hot water.the bed is comfortable. parking is convenient. 8euro/nightbreakfast is delicioushotel employees are professional and very kind.thank you

The hotel is close to the city center but located in a terrible neighborhood. Walking from the hotel felt awful, didn’t feel like a safe place to walk at night with kids The room wasn’t very clean, moldy shower and lots of dust around the room (a bit disappointing for a 4 star hotel)The fact that it is a family hotel makes it very noisy and chaotic which is not really the kind of holiday we were looking for (despite having two kids ourselves)

Great breakfast, parking available and not expensive,, right next to the exit/entrance to the autoroute. Good value for money.
