Hotel Veronese

The hotel was in a very good location to visit Genova walking to the center.Wonderful stay and hotel very recommended.

The hairdryer was malfunctioning, but this was not an issue.

Convenient to dropping off luggage and passengers. Parking within a short distance, with a discount. Friendly front desk. Air conditioning.

Closed Sundays, may need code to enter if renting. Bathrooms need some additional love.

The staff was friendly and the room was big.

I was not satisfied with the cleanness of the room.

The location was convenient. The room was nice and the bed very comfortable.

When I checked in, the receptionist was speaking only italian and it was difficult to communicate. I was not informed at all about the breakfast service. The cleaning service should be improved. The floor was full of dust and hair. I fould a pile of woman's hair stuck on the wall of the shower. Probably there was some renovation happening on the top floors. One morning there was too much construction noise, music, yelling and singing from the workers.

The location is brilliant and central. The room was clean enough. Good to stay for a night for the convenience of the central location.The staff were very nice as well. They let us leave our bags, use the bathroom and get changed as we arrived earlier.

At night we had a cockroach in the room.The furniture is all cheap Chinese, even the fake tiles on the wall.

The réceptionniste is simpathique. The room is clean.

The building is very close to another building, which means this room do not have the sunshine, I can’t Even open the Windows. It is humid and shallow . For me, it is not recommended .

I not recommend

A lot of smelly from outside,the air-conditioning no working properly,for 175 euro is so expensive,I understand is the location in city centre but is very expensive for what we received,no breakfast included,not tv.When you see you need to pay full in advance and non refundable you need to think about this I will never do again

The size of the room, very central, nice staff and great cleaning. Also plus point for great AC.

The breakfast could have been just a tiny bit better.

I needed a room for one night after the Genova boat show.The price was way too high for the quality of the hotel.Missing care for details by the hotel owners.

Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely breakfast. Comfortable room. Good value and location for a family

• Service was phenomenal. Our flight delays resulted in an arrival after the 10:30pm cut-off. Contacted the hotel and they had no problem letting us in later, holding bags after check-out so we could explore the sights comfortably. Couldn't ask for anything better.• Beds are exceptionally spacious and comfortable.• The service, once again, was top tier. This is a hotel that truly cares about their guests.

the hotel was located in a good location almost near to all the tourist attractions but it really was not a 3 stars hotel, if I would be able to rate the hotel it would be at most 1 stars. but the staff were good and helpful.

A small hotel in a very old building (presumably XVI century or like), in the heart of the old town and close to the old port. Clean and comfortable. A good breakfast. A bit noisy in the late evening - but this is the price to pay when you book in the old town close to a large port.

Very little to like.

Location, facilities were poorly kept, too little for the price paid.

Total chaos at breakfast, no personel availeble for coffee as he was handeling the problemes at reception. I even called the owner during the chaos asking to send an invoice by mail as the recption couldn't find it. her answer was "you must wait for me I am arriving"! we didn't see her. We left and will not come back. After a mail to the owner we got a mail back that we had coffee and a good breakfast and no refund was nessesary!

The staff was really nice, the location is OK, close to everything but a bit dodgy area, didn't have any troubles. The room was huge and the shower was good.

The breakfast wasn't good, but the staff was really nice and always trying their best to help you out.

Staff - friendly and responsive

Room smelt like vinegar, air cooler was not working - it was 27 degrees in the room at night! more than outside.

Cheap and the aircon and wifi worked.

The location is dodgy. We are two young women and we got harassed on the street. It is right next to the overpass and down an alley way. There was mould in the shower also not the best.

Great central location. Quiet room

Kerb appeal not great but don't be put off by this
