Ideally located in Castletroy, Travelodge Limerick Castletroy is a contemporary hotel, a 20-minute drive from Shannon Airport and 1.9 mi from Limerick city center. Rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds and contemporary private bathrooms. All rooms have a TV and free WiFi with unlimited data for all devices is available throughout the hotel. Some rooms have excellent views overlooking Limerick. Dine in Café Noir, offering classic French cuisine. There is an extensive dinner menu and a state-of-the-art open plan kitchen. Castletroy Shopping Center is just a short walk from the hotel, along with a cinema and supermarket. The hotel is close to the University Concert Hall, which is just a 10-minute walk away. Free parking is available for guests and there is a 24-hour front desk.

- The cows outside the window were charming.
- Location with respect to my exam venue
- I liked the free parking, free wifi, and cafe attached for breakfast. Check-in was fast as well as the checkout
Cons -
- It's a 2-star hotel at best. The interior was old, paint and spackle stains on the walls, old carpet, i bought slippers from Aldi, was concerned about bed bugs, thankfully none. The walls were thin, the noise of the traffic was not relaxing.
- sheets on the bed was dirty.2 hairs on the pillowcase & the room wasn¿t as clean as it should be.There were crisps on the seat under the desk.There was mould on both sides of the pillow case on the single bed in the room.Have photos to prove
- Felt the pictures of the hotel room on line do not accurately reflect the rooms. On line the rooms and hotel look fresh and modern when in actuality they are a bit outdated.
