First, they never sent me any check in procedures and there is no front desk or staff to check in with. It took us a confusing half hour just to get a hold of someone to get the code to enter the building and our room.

i was one of three guest in the hotel, so it was very quiet!

The room was not clean at all, after two days i could get some service from a very nice man and woman, but after a first approach the dust and dirty glasses where not clean ( have lots of pictures) On the third day the lady tried to clean the dust,better

Clean, full facilities in kitchen area. Joe was amazing and really helped us out

A car is required for an easy ride to the town centre

Extremely difficult to find as there is no signage and a tiny address number on the building. Check-in was semi-OK, but would be nicer if a human being was there to greet you.

Quiet and clean room with big fridge.

Toilet was cold and other room details seemed unfinished. The check-in was a hassle and they didin’t serve breakfast.

Would take much to freshed up and make a realy nice hotel it would have been realy nice when it first opened very modern now just a small bit round the edges qould make a big difference

Smallest sign passes it twice. Dosnt look like a hotel entrance revolving door boarded up just a small door next to it with a key pad Was easy enuf to check in just diy with a tabletRoom was ok had a hole in the ceiling and the bathroom tap was hanging on by a thread.Got up for breakfast for just after 7 but no sign so eventually I called the number on booking only to be told no breakfast today would have been nice to have a notice board at check in to tell u the sort of things

The price is not bad. Anyway I had to book in another place.

The facilities were not clean from the previous guests. There was no one to guide the guests through the check in or in case of emergency and they did not answer the guests through the phone.

Staff was only contacted by remote, no staff on spot - anyway they were helpful and proposed a room change when we lamented the room eas cold and thermostas would not work

Weird feeling all round, weird feeling the empty hall room on ground floor (visited in january24)

Very comfortable and warm! Free parking useful as difficult to park nearer to the centre.

About 15 minutes walk to centre but taxi not too expensive and there are buses nearby.

I liked the room because counts with little kitchen to prepare my meals!

I liked everything, probably the only thing I needed that could be better is to have a little closer to hang and organize my cloths.

It would be nice to have some Salt, paper and oil in the kitchen.

It looked arty and different,

unfortunately when you’re there you start to notice that most things are very worn, broken, in need of replacement, dark corridors with no lights

nice little studio well equipped. large bed and nice furnitures. small but functional kitchenette. it was nice to stay there

in the bathroom there were no shelves at all... difficult to place your own stuff.

Great design, room has a nice chilled vibe.Self check in is easy.Room is very warm and toasty! Kitchen well equipped with everything you need.Located close to a few bus stops or you can walk into town.Quiet area, no noise at night.

Bar was permanently closed - I'm assuming this isnt always the case but we had no info on it.Could have done with some more hangers in the room as there were only 3 and we didn't have anywhere else to put things.Also could really do with a floor mat for wet boots and somewhere to hang wet coats by the door!But these are minor points....we loved staying here and would 100% stay here again!

No staff available (kiosk only), very dark in hallways, tv broken in room, staff never responded to my messages through booking.com app

The room was as described

There was no breakfast at the hotel on either day despite the booking saying that breakfast was included. No staff at the hotel so no one to complain to.Our room hadn’t been cleaned properly on arrival - with the previous occupants stuff still in the fridge.

The room was lovely and had fully working kitchen.The location is a little out of the city but still close enough to walk in taking around 25mins to bus stop 13.

Too many emails regarding check in. The check in process is ok but not straight forward and not ideal for people not as comfortable with all information on their phones.Would be better suited for people that have hired a car.

The room is cosy and warm

I paid 76 euros for breakfast but did not receive any breakfast of any sort, emailed the hotel asking for a refund but yet to receive any news from the hotel
