Pros +
- These apartments were some of the few options I could find for my family of 7 and we booked 2 apartments.
- the big and clean room, close to town centre
- I loved this apartment. Five of us stayed in the two-bedroom apartment, and there was plenty of room for us. Plus, it was clean, comfortable and quiet. Nice dishes and appliances. Easy, contact-less check in and check out!
Cons -
- It's a little far from downtown...you could walk but it's 15 minutes or so. I did not like that they only left 2 towels and no bedding at all for the sofa couch. When I emailed them about it, they did deliver the extra towels and bedding very quickly.
- when we requested more coffee, it took 3 days to get them, they promised to bring some but never did till the day before we left

Very clean, convenient and spacious. No front desk but staff responds to questions quickly via email. Great place to stay in Reykjavik.
