    Pros +

    • Hotel was located in a great location, close to multiple bus stops and right on one of Reykjavíks main streets. It was clean and had all necessary utilities.
    • The location was fantastic and room was perfectly quiet. The kitchenette was comprehensive with cutlery/pans/basic cooking supplies, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower was really nice. We were able to check in 3 hours early, which was amazing. Would absolutely stay here again!
    • Breakfast was delicious and the location could not be more central and convenient. We could walk everywhere from the hotel.

    Cons -

    • The codes weren’t so easy to enter on the entrance to apartments.
    • A little noisy in our street facing room.
    • Contacting the property was diffictult. It felt like it was a call center that was not actually familiar with the property. The pictures of the rooms on booking.com were much bigger than our actual room. We had booked the most expensive reservation we could see and our room was no where in the photos of the property. I was very disappointed and felt deceived. As nice as this was, I will probably book elsewhere when we return because of this.

Great location, clean property and easy to restock anything we ran out of. Having a security guard at night was nice. Everything worked great.

We had an apartment with a great vibe (and balcony!) located above the main pedestrian road.

Absolutely loved the convenience and location of the property. Also, it was chic, stylish, and completely inviting while we stayed there.

The pictures on the website were a bit misleading. I’d say take more pics to show every single room in its entirety. Also, the pullout sleeper couch (that is advertised as a bed) absolutely horrible. It’s wildly uncomfortable- even with a mattress pad. Please replace that or get a larger mattress pad to use atop it. This was incredibly disappointing.

    Great location.

Location was too busy and not quiet. Couldn't sleep due to foot traffic and local bars. Room was too small, breakfast was stale and low quality.

    7MichaelPosted on: 1-19-2026

    Room was clean and nice.

The key pad to get in was extremely frustrating. I would not choose to stay there again based on this alone.

Perfect location: short walk from everything we wanted to see in Reykjavik. Check in and check out was very easy. Luggage storage the morning we arrived was accessible. The room was comfortable and very well appointed. Had all kitchen supplies we could want and a very nice kitchenette. The staff were very friendly and answered questions promptly.

Brilliant location - very central on a lively street with lovely restaurants nearby! Lovely two bedroom property. Had everything we needed!

Nothing really - a bit of street noise but to be expected!

    Nothing. Everything was wonderful.

Great location. Vladimir was excellent in communicating. Rooms were clean and spacious. Local restaurants and shops, walkable to mostly everything.

Easy self-checkin, perfect location, shampoo/conditioner, very nice decor

    Nothing negative

The property was located in the heart of the city in Reykjavik. Great restaurants and shops.

The location of the apartment is perfect and the facilities functioned well.

The room need to be cleaned more carefully, since we found some hair on the bed when we just checked in.

Fabulous location! There is food, bars and shopping steps away. The BSI terminal is a 15 minute walk. We had issues with sound on the TV, reached out and issue was easily resolved.

    Loved everything.

The location is pretty hard to beat, and the hotel is nice and modern. They allowed me to store bags before my check-in time, and they have a coffee machine in the lobby. I've actually stayed here multiple times, and really like vibe of the hotel.

There isn't a full-time front desk with a staff member. I realize contactless hotels are trending, but I think it would be helpful if they had a human being in the lobby to reach out to with any needs. That being said, they are easy to reach by text, and seem rather responsive. Beds could be a tad more comfortable (mattresses are a little stiff).

We loved the location overlooking Laugavegur with many restaurants and shops closeby The cathedral was a short walk away. A parking garage for the car was also a few blocks away. Our apartment had a kitchenette which was convenient for snacks and breakfasts. Laugavegur becomes a walking only street a block away from the apartment, which is nice overall but it does make coming and going with the luggage a bit more difficult than dropping it off at the door.

The apartment was very small but the size is disclosed in the description.
